Man Utd have come off the pace a little bit. When you play a high pressure game it is very difficult to maintain that tempo.
They did it for 35 minutes but now Tottenham are in control of the game.
Chelsea 1-1 Aston Villa
Trezeguet is the first Aston Villa player to score in three consecutive Premier League starts since Tom Cleverley in May 2015.

It was an amazing diagonal ball from Virgil van Dijk. Robertson fizzes the ball into the centre of the area and so early on that is a great opportunity.
Wolves 1-0 West Ham
Chelsea 1-1 Aston Villa

I don't think the VAR replays showed it *definitely* hit Dele Alli's arm so you can't go disallowing goals for that.
Southampton 2-0 Norwich
Leicester 0-0 Watford
Liverpool 0-0 Everton
Straight away Liverpool have a chance as Sadio Mane heads Andrew Robertson's cross over the bar.
Leicester 0-0 Watford
Patience, patience, patience. A few Leicester fans are getting frustrated as Jamie Vardy almost pulls off a Cruyff turn inside the area...

Sorry but the rules are the rules and that clearly caught Alli's arm so why has that goal not been overruled? Plus Spurs don't deserve it
Ricky, from Plymouth
Shane O'Neill: It would have been cruel to disallow it, but I thought it hit Alli’s arm. VAR is a waste of time.
Man Utd 1-1 Spurs
Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is getting some medical assistant after colliding with the Spurs keeper. He looks like he's fine though.

Another VAR delay, with nothing to tell the fans inside Old Trafford what was being checked other than 'the goal'.
I am lucky to have a TV screen in front of me. The fans inside the stadium do not.
The players were all lined up ready to go when referee Paul Tierney told them to wait before re-starting the game. When he did, there was no explanation what had been checked.
Not a great consumer experience.
Man Utd 1-1 Spurs
Shoutout to Jose Mourinho for finding a time machine and bringing 2016-17 Dele Alli back to 2019.

It's a huge call. It's difficult to question Jurgen Klopp with what he's achieved at this football club but I was a bit surprised that at least one of Salah and Firmino weren't starting.
Here come the teams at Anfield. All set?

It's such a special occasion. The Kop have got all the flags going, it's such a great game for the players to play in.
The Everton players will be a bit apprehensive with how well Liverpool are playing but the performance at Leicester will give them some confidence.
