  1. CLOSE!published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Leicester 0-0 Watford

Lovely Leicester football as Harvey Barnes and James Maddison exchange passes on the edge of the area, Maddison sends Barnes in on goal but the angle is not kind and he can only slice a shot into the side-netting.

  2. Postpublished at 19:54 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Southampton 1-0 Norwich

Norwich close to an immediate response as Teemu Pukki latches on to a lamp downfield but he can't get the shot away.

  3. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 1-0 Aston Villapublished at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Tammy Abraham (24 mins)

Tammy Abraham is back in the team and back on the scoresheet. Reece James whips in a good cross, with Abraham heading home over Tom Heaton, who was off his line.

The striker gives it the hands over his head 'I'm not celebrating' celebration against the side he was on loan at last season.

  4. goal

GOAL - Wolves 1-0 West Hampublished at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Leander Dendoncker (23 mins)

Wolves open the scoring as Leander Dendoncker turns home Joao Moutinho's corner with a prodded effort.

  5. Postpublished at 19:52 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Wolves 0-0 West Ham

Not sure whether to categorise this as a chance. Diogo Jota's cross finds Raul Jimenez, who kind of toes it towards goal. It's probably going to hit the bar but David Martin tips it over just to make sure.

  6. goal

GOAL - Southampton 1-0 Norwichpublished at 19:52 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Danny Ings (22 mins)

    Guess who?

I said earlier how the Saints are a bit of a two-man outift when it comes to scoring goals and the duo combine - James Ward-Prowse delivers a brilliant inswinging free-kick and Danny Ings is there ahead of a marker to flick a header into the back of the net.

    Southampton 0-0 Norwich

A game between the sides who started the night in the relegation zone and it is showing. Low on quality and drama so far, although Shane Long has just had a tame header saved by Tim Krul.

  8. Postpublished at 19:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Man Utd 1-0 Spurs

Marcus Rashford steps up to take the free-kick for Manchester United but curls it wide of the far post. Not quite the standards of the stunner he scored against Chelsea in the EFL Cup.

  9. Jose's leg hurtspublished at 19:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Man Utd 1-0 Tottenham

    Dan James was fortunate then.

His head went into Jose Mourinho's shin with a pretty powerful thud after he had been fouled by Harry Winks.

The Manchester United medical staff checked the Welshman over before allowing him to continue.

  10. Postpublished at 19:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Aston Villa

Two Mason Mount chances for Chelsea in the space of one minute. The first time his header is straight at Tom Heaton and then he controls the ball well outside the box and shoots well over.

  11. Postpublished at 19:48 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Man Utd 1-0 Spurs

Fred goes down in installments after being caught by Davinson Sanchez on the edge of the box. Sanchez's leg was high and caught Fred on the outside of the knee.

    Free-kick to United.

  12. Postpublished at 19:48 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Leicester 0-0 Watford

Lovely cross from Youri Tielemans, the Lowlands Drinkwater, but it's well cleared in the end by Etienne Capoue. This one has gone a bit flat.

  13. 'Tottenham have come into it'published at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Man Utd 1-0 Tottenham

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Tottenham and England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Tottenham have come into it in the last two or three minutes because Man Utd have stepped off after taking the lead, which normally happens.

  14. Postpublished at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Wolves 0-0 West Ham

Adama Traore is getting plenty of the ball on the right wing for Wolves - he's looking impressive. This time his cross almost finds Raul Jimenez but Fabian Balbuena gets there first.

Smart man management from Klopp tonight. He will need all his squad this month, and by playing the fringe players in such a big derby game he's telling them just how important they are and that they're not just there to play the weaker teams when the big players need a rest.

  16. CLOSE!published at 19:46 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Southampton 0-0 Norwich

Norwich go close-ish as midfielder Kenny McLean drags a shot wide from range. It had the power of a stairlift though, never going in.

Google maps estimate a three-hours-and-21-minute drive home for the Norwich fans tonight by the way which I reckon is generous.

  17. Postpublished at 19:46 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Manchester United 1-0 Spurs

Manchester United are unbeaten in their last 137 home Premier League games when scoring first (W124 D13).

  18. Postpublished at 19:46 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Man Utd 1-0 Spurs

Daniel James needs treatment, and Jose Mourinho narrowly avoids needing some too.

James gets past Harry Winks and then Jan Vertonghen wipes him out. It's a nasty challenge and James crashes off Mourinho's legs before landing on some concrete next to the pitch.

Luckily James is OK as that could have been nasty.

  19. Postpublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Aston Villa

Surging run from Jack Grealish, who goes down on the edge of the box. Villa want a free-kick but don't get it.

  20. Postpublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 4 December 2019

    Southampton 0-0 Norwich

A lack of confidence at home... clear to see as Southampton come forwards in numbers, there's a clear shooting opportunity for Nathan Redmond against his old club but he instead looks to play it out wide. Groans from the stands.
