We think Tam means the Croatian full-back has been putting chances on a plate for Alfredo Morelos. Open to alternative suggestions, though...

  4. 'Barasic is on it tonight'published at 19:08 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

    Neil McCann
Former Hearts & Rangers winger on BBC Sportsound

    Quote Message

What a save! It's a great header from Morelos and what a delivery again. Barasic is on it tonight, his delivery again eliminates the goalkeeper and the defence but it's a top save from the goalkeeper.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 52 mins

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

Another glorious cross from Borna Barisic and Alfredo Morelos thinks he's scored his second of the night and he gets his back post header on target. However, keeper Marchesin shows great reflexes to get down and push the ball away.

  6. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

Corner to Rangers. Borna Barisic swings the ball in and Filip Helander muscles his way through a couple of challenges to get something on it but the ball drifts wide as Glen Kamara can't quite keep it in play.

  7. 'Rangers need to be careful'published at 19:00 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

    Billy Dodds
    Former Scotland striker on Sportsound

    Quote Message

Rangers look like they should be good for a point but we said that the last time. They looked good for a point against Young Boys at half time - perhaps should have won it - but ended up going on to lose it. So they have to be careful. A long but focused 45 minutes ahead.

  8. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

We are up and running again in Portugal. Will this one pick up where we left it, with end-to-end action?

  9. Christie & Elhamed return for Celticpublished at 18:56 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

    Celtic v Lazio (20:00)

Neil Lennon makes just two changes to the side that thrashed Ross County 6-0 at the weekend. Hatem Abd Elhamed replaces Jeremie Frimpong at right-back and Ryan Christie is free to return after domestic suspension, so he replaces Tom Rogic in midfield.

It's arguably the strongest team Lennon could possibly pick. Agree Celtic fans?

Meanwhile, Lazio's top scorer Ciro Immobile, who's found the net 10 times this term, is on the bench.

It was a brilliant response. You would have to say a draw is probably fair but Rangers will be delighted with the way they've gone about the game.

  11. Two stunning strikespublished at 18:52 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 45+1 mins

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

This game has exploded into life after a cautious opening. Connor Goldson needs to nod behind his own goal from a free kick but the host won't get the corner since the half time whistle has gone.

    And breathe...

  15. 'Classic counter-attacking'published at 18:41 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

    Porto 1-1 Rangers

    Neil McCann
Former Hearts & Rangers winger on BBC Sportsound

    Quote Message

What a finish. I'm sitting here as a former left winger, and what a ball that is. The cross just eliminates the centre-back. That's classic counter-attacking football!

  16. goal

GOAL Porto 1-1 Rangerspublished at 43 mins

    Alfredo Morelos

What was I saying about Alfredo Morelos being quiet?

The Colombian slams in his 16th goal of the season as he runs on to a quite wonderful cross from Borna Barisic.

  17. 'What a finish!'published at 18:38 British Summer Time 24 October 2019

    Porto 1-0 Rangers

    Neil McCann
Former Hearts & Rangers winger on BBC Sportsound

    Quote Message

If Jack had just whipped it wide, Rangers were in on a counter attack, but he's tried a short one that's been intercepted by Diaz. He's still got 25 yards to go so I don't think McGregor believes he can score from there, but he's absolutely lasered it into the top corner. What a finish!

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 39 mins

    Porto 1-0 Rangers

So close to an equaliser... Alfredo Morelos, who has been very quiet so far, gets his head on the corner and his effort crashes against the junction of crossbar and post.

  19. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Porto 1-0 Rangers

Rangers respond well and a whipped delivery from Ryan Jack has Brandon Barker throwing himself at it in front of goal. The winger can't get anything on it and Pepe bundles it behind for a corner.

  20. goal

GOAL Porto 1-0 Rangerspublished at 36 mins

    Luis Diaz

    What a hit!

Ryan Jack gives the ball away as Rangers fail to clear their lines and Luis Diaz decides to have a pop from 25 yards, with his angled shot fizzing beyond Allan McGregor on its way into the top corner.

    GOAL! - Porto
