    Man Utd 4-0 Norwich

    Garth Crooks
Former Tottenham Hotspur striker on BBC Final Score

They’ve played a poor Norwich side. United still have a lot of work to do.

Mata has been excellent today, Rashford has also been good.

  5. goal

GOAL - Everton 2-0 Brightonpublished at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Everton almost score straight from a corner but the ball strikes the post and is headed back across the line by a blue shirt for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to bundle over.

  6. 'Greenwood - a natural goalscorer'published at 16:33 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Man Utd 4-0 Norwich

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is hard to explain what a natural goalscorer is but Mason Greenwood is one of them. When he gets the ball he has usually only one thing on his mind but it's his intelligence as well. Knowing when to shoot and at unusual angles. He's unerringly on target as well. Greenwood is a very special player to look forward to in the future and indeed now.

    Everton 1-0 Brighton

While it remains 1-0, Brighton have a chance.

The visitors attack and Mason Holgate almost puts through his own net.

Lots of fingernails being crunched at Goodison.

  8. goal

GOAL - Man Utd 4-0 Norwichpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Mason Greenwood (76 mins)

    He's only just come on!

A clearing header falls to Mason Greenwood 25 yards from goal, he surges forward before placing an effort in the far corner. Goal number nine for the season for the talented teenager.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:31 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

Miguel Almiron goes in the referee's book for a late tackle on Conor Coady. Just over 25 left for either side to find a winner, but it hasn't exactly been an action-packed second half.

  10. Postpublished at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Chelsea 3-0 Burnley

Tammy Abraham could have had his second hat-trick of the season. Instead the Chelsea forward has one after heading another chance wide. It's one-way traffic.

  11. Postpublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Everton 1-0 Brighton

Around 20 minutes of normal time remaining at Goodison Park and Everton are enjoying a decent spell. Another chance for Dominic Calvert-Lewin after evading Lewis Dunk. Saved. More money to the Australian bushfire fund.

Jack Weston: Just checked Wikipedia to see if Rashford was really playing his 200th ManUtd game (I feel old now), and he’s having a good season, but you’ve got to say he doesn’t score enough headers for a guy of his height.

Oluwadare Oluwaseun: Have the coaches been instructed by the management to take players of when they have a brace so they won't lose money if the player goes ahead to score a hattrick. I don't get it anymore.

Jared Maobe: Yes it's 3-0, but ChelseaFC are not hungry enough for me. They could easily turn this to a cricket score.

  14. Postpublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Leicester 1-1 Southampton

Kelechi Iheanacho has a goal disallowed with James Maddison flagged offside in the build up. VAR has a check and stands by the referee's decision.

  15. Postpublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Everton 1-0 Burnley

Big chance for Everton as Bernard finds Dominic Calvert-Lewin but Mat Ryan stands his ground and keeps Brighton in it.

Rashford just oozes class. That's why it's the best league in the World. And I'm an Arsenal fan!

    J Staggs, High Wycombe

VAR was supposed to stop players having to go down to win penalties. Today we've seen that's not the case. Willian (Chelsea) and Williams (Man U) have both won penalties by kicking the ball out of play and throwing themselves to the ground whilst ensuring there was contact. Whilst Walcott was clearly fouled, but because he tried to remain on his feet he was punished by not being awarded a penalty. Players may as well just dive whenever they feel any contact, because it's the only way the referee and/or VAR official will make the decision.

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

Not a lot to report from Molineux. Wolves are enjoying the lion's share of the possession but not really doing much with it when they get close to the Newcastle goal.

Andy Carroll is warming up for the visitors, who have just one substitution left to make.

  18. Postpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Chelsea 3-0 Burnley

This has been a clinical performance by Chelsea. Frank Lampard's side have scored from three of their five shots on target - and they look hungry for more.

Burnley conceded four against the Blues back in October. Chelsea are banging on the door for a fourth here.

  19. NO PENALTYpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2020

    Leicester 1-1 Southampton

Penalty decision is overturned! VAR determines that Shane Long was offside just before he got into the box and Leicester escape.

Peter Malath: ManUtd is beating a bottom team. I repeat, ManUtd is beating a bottom team for the first time this season. This is not a drill, please this is not a drill.

Nathan Turrell: The longer ManUtd keep wining games without Paul Pogba the bigger problem this will become. Why are we still paying him?
