Having lost to Bournemouth and Southampton, Chelsea are in danger of suffering a third consecutive home league defeat for the first time since 1993. Frank Lampard is well aware that home form has not been good enough.

Back then, Burnley were in the third tier of English football; something not lost on chairman Mike Garlick who has been busy reminding fans , externalthat just being in the top flight is something Burnley should still see as an achievement.

He's right, of course - but seeking merely to stand still in football rarely goes well.

The Premier League weekend is already under way.

In case you missed it, Sheffield United climbed to fifth in the table on Friday with a 1-0 win against West Ham, who had an injury-time equaliser ruled out by Video Assistant Referee.

John Fleck took advantage of a big mistake by substitute goalkeeper David Martin, latching on to his wayward pass to tee up Oli McBurnie to finish from close range.

Substitute Robert Snodgrass thought he had levelled for the visitors, but the goal was disallowed after the ball was judged to have hit Declan Rice's arm in the build-up.

When Roy Hodgson was setting out in management, Mikel Arteta was not even born.

The pair - at opposite ends of their careers - lock horns as Crystal Palace host Arsenal in the first Premier League London derby of 2020.

Will it be the 72-year-old who comes out on top - or will the new kid on the managerial block get his first away win?
