• Burton edge a seven-goal thriller against Bolton, who were 2-0 up in the early stages.

• Brentford cruise to a 4-0 win at 10-man Bristol City to go up to third in the table, as Fulham lose 2-1 at home to Reading to drop to fifth.
• Nottingham Forest beat Blackburn 3-2 to go fourth and in-form Middlesbrough win 2-0 at play-off hopefuls Preston.
• QPR thump Cardiff 6-1 with Nahki Wells scoring a hat-trick.
• Struggling Stoke and Wigan claim vital away wins at Huddersfield and Birmingham respectively.

The hosts had most of the chances but it was Hull who scored all the goals and took all the points thanks to Jarrod Bowen's 17th of the season.

A disastrous day for promotion hopefuls Fulham, who went 2-0 down before mounting a comeback that couldn't quite bring about an eqauliser.
