    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

    Ooh that's close!

Sean Williams fires an effort from a tight angle towards the Portsmouth goal but the Altrincham man's shot clips off the roof of the net following a deflection.

Just over 10 minutes of normal time remain for the National League North side to get themselves into the pot for the FA Cup third round.

It's still goalless between Shrewsbury and Mansfield and Walsall and Oxford United by the way.

Around 10 minutes left for any of those four teams to find a winner.

  3. goal

GOAL: Forest Green 1-2 Carlislepublished at 16:38 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Nathan Thomas (76 mins)

A second goal for Nathan Thomas turns this game around for Carlisle.

Hallam Hope goes down the right and crosses the ball to the Sheffield United loanee who bursts the net with a first time shot.

    Kingstonian 0-2 Fylde

Kingstonian are still pushing for the goal that would halve the deficit against Fylde.

They've just had a penalty shout waved away. The ball hit the hand of a Fylde defender but referee Lee Swabey deemed it to be accidental.

    Time's running out.

    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

Another Brandon Haunstrup chance - but is it a cross-turned-shot?!

The Portsmouth defender puts in what looks to be a low delivery which picks up an Altrincham deflection but it's not given by the referee.

He's livid, but Portsmouth are back on top in this game. How they'd love another goal to wrap this tie up.

  6. Postpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

HOW IS THAT NOT PORTSMOUTH'S SECOND GOAL?!

Brett Pitman breaks upfield and breaks the Altrincham back line into pieces as he tees up Marcus Harness through one-on-one with visiting keeper Tony Thompson.

However, Thompson pulls off a tremendous save to deny the Pompey man. Stunning stuff from the sixth-tier side.

    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

Time is ticking on in this game and Altrincham aren't sitting back. They believe they can force an equaliser.

Portsmouth's inability to control the possession is playing to their advantage, but as yet the visitors can't find a way through the Pompey back line.

  8. goal

GOAL: Cheltenham 1-3 Port Valepublished at 16:29 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Tom Pope (68 mins)

    Hat-trick!

Football's a silly game, Port Vale looked slow, lethargic and out of this one before the hour mark.

But Tom Pope has played the eight minutes of his life, volleying home after a scramble in the area following a corner.

    That's his third. Crazy stuff.

  9. goal

GOAL: Cheltenham 1-2 Port Valepublished at 16:27 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Tom Pope (63 mins)

Two goals in three minutes have turned this tie around!

David Amoo floats a great ball into the box and Tom Pope nabs his second to give Vale the lead through a thumping diving header.

  10. goal

GOAL: Cheltenham 1-1 Port Valepublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Tom Pope (60 mins)

Tom Pope has found a equiliser!

It's a fantastic run from forward Rhys Browne who dribbles past several defenders before crossing to Pope who heads Port Vale level.

    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

We've seen a back pass in this game. I haven't seen one of those for a while but Altrincham keeper Tony Thompson mistakenly collects the ball from one of his defenders.

Brett Pitman stands over the free-kick that follows, deep inside the Alty box, but he fires it against a wall of players and it deflects away for a throw-in.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Kingstonian 0-2 Fylde

Two great stops from Fylde keeper Sam Hornby have kept his side's two-goal lead.

First, Louie Theophanous sees his one-on-one from a tight angle kept out and then, Dan Hector's curling effort from range is tipped away.

The seventh tier side are getting closer.

  13. Postpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Portsmouth 1-0 Altrincham

Ryan Williams pounces onto a long Portsmouth ball upfield and makes a cracking run towards the box and beats his Altrincham marker James Jones into space.

He turns and fires a right-footed effort towards goal but it sails wide of the mark.

Pompey should have been 2-0 up, there.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Forest Green 1-1 Carlisle

Aaron Collins so nearly restores Forest Green's lead.

The Rovers forward is denied by a superb save from the legs of Carlisle keeper Adam Collin.

    All FGR at the moment.

  15. SHOWBOATpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Kingstonian 0-2 Fylde

A lovely Cruyff turn from, erm, Kingstonian keeper Rob Tolfrey.

Fylde striker Danny Rowe was sprinting down on him but Tolfrey was the coolest man on the pitch.

The camera keeps on cutting to him. He has such a cheeky grin.

  16. goal

GOAL: Portsmouth 1-0 Altrinchampublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Ben Close (56 mins)

Some good work from Marcus Harness sees Portsmouth go on the attack once more and a long ball into the box is headed right into the path of Ben Close from Altrincham's Shaun Densmore.

Close then volleys first time into the back of the net with ease.

That's quelled a nervy crowd at Fratton Park.

  17. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Walsall 0-0 Oxford

It's an action-packed start to the second half at the Banks's Stadium as both sides have chances to take the lead.

Firstly, Caolan Lavery crosses towards Josh Gordon at the Oxford back post but the Walsall man heads wide.

Then at the other end, Matty Taylor bundles an effort towards goal but Walsall keeper Liam Roberts saves.

  18. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Kingstonian 0-2 Fylde

Seventh tier Kingstonian are asking a lot of questions of the Fylde defence.

The hosts are picking up the ball up in some promising positions but so far can't break down the National League side.

They're yet to have a shot on target.

  19. A cold afternoon aheadpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

The sky is starting to get a little bit darker across all our games. I've just checked my phone and it says it's zero degrees outside our office!

These lower league players are made of stronger stuff though, plenty of short sleeves on display and hardly anybody wearing black gloves.

  20. Postpublished at 16:06 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2019

    Portsmouth 0-0 Altrincham

    Going for the attack?

Portsmouth make a double change on the restarts as John Marquis and Ronan Curtis are replaced by Brett Pitman and Ryan Williams.

Surely Kenny Jackett wants to wrap this tie up early in this second half.
