    Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (46 mins)

Keep it tight lads first 15...

The first entry in each half has been a goal! Arsenal back in front and it's more weak defending really. Nicolas Pepe swings in a cross from the right, Djibril Sidibe doesn't attack the ball, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gets across him to head down and into the far corner.

Asenal have Alexandre Lacazette and Reiss Nelson on the bench if they need a way to find a winner in this game while Everton have Moise Kean and Bernard as attacking options.

  5. 'We were not clinical enough'published at 17:30 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    FT: Man Utd 3-0 Watford

    Watford

Watford's Troy Deeney speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "I think we had our chances throughout the game. We were not clinical enough today. We are digging. We take it on the chin and we know we took it to Manchester United but that does not change the result."

On the disallowed goal: "I didn’t know it was not going to stand, that’s why I celebrated. You automatically think it’s a goal but within a minute it was disallowed. You take it on the chin and move forward."

    Wolves 3-0 Norwich

    Norwich City

Norwich boss Daniel Farke speaking to Match of the Day: "I'm disappointed because we missed a chance today, against a side that had a difficult game during the week.

"We started well but should be greedy to score. We had so many good situations and couldn't create a chance.

"I was not happy with the sharpness. We dominated the game but weren't switched on in the final third to get the most out of our dominance. That is down to quality but also being switched on at the main moments that count.

"Their first goal was a six against two situation and they had the sharpness to score the first time they got in our box.

"It was the same with the second goal. It was the second phase and three players for them were greedy to score and we were not willing to drop back and defend our goal. In the crunch time we were not strong enough physically.

"The less games you have left, the more important they are. We missed a chance to close the gap and our situation has not improved."

  7. 'It was a scrappy affair'published at 17:28 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    FT: Man Utd 3-0 Watford

    Watford

Nigel Pearson speaking to Sky Sports: "It was a difficult day for us. We came in at 1-0 down at half time when it was a scrappy affair. We had chances but did not pass the ball with a purpose. In the second half we were much better and we ended up on the back of a 3-0 defeat. It’s a difficult place to come.

"When we have done well we have played as a team but we got a little bit stretched and they used that. We like to press from the front. I think our best opportunities came from those situations. They were clinical in their finishes. Sometimes things don’t go the way you want. We have a group of players who will get back to work and move on from here. We did not have one of our best days but we will come back from it."

  8. 'It's frustrating because we were a little disjointed'published at 17:27 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    FT: Man Utd 3-0 Watford

    Watford

Watford manager Nigel Pearson speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It was a difficult day. A day in which we started okay. We had opportunities we did not make the most of and I really think we put them in a position where we frustrated them. To come in at half time at 1-0 down after conceding a penalty when we had the attacking situation put a different complexion on it. I think we started the second half okay and we went on to be opened up. It’s a difficult one to get a really flavour of exactly what went wrong. It’s frustrating because I know when we are at our best we could have had them. I thought today we were a little disjointed from time to time."

On Watford's ruled out goal: "I was unaware until I went to look at the monitor. I think we are all pretty accustomed to the wait to confirm the decision. It’s a part of the game now."

On facing Liverpool: "I want us to function well as a team. I want us to show the fighting spirit that we have recently. When you are in a relegation battle you have to realise that it increases anxiety. We have good players and we are aware we can win. Today was a difficult day and we are going to go back to basics on the training pitch."

  9. 'I royally messed my chance up'published at 17:25 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    FT: Man Utd 3-0 Watford

Watford's Troy Deeney speaking to Sky Sports: "A naturally frustrating day. We had chances and I royally messed my chance up. It’s just one of those things. We then had that goal disallowed.

"You cannot be disappointed by it. You have to try to move forwards. At first I thought I was offside. By the law it’s handball now. It gets boring talking about VAR. We move on. We know we could be a lot better. We have a big game next week."

  10. 'That's not us'published at 17:25 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Wolves 3-0 Norwich

    Norwich City

Norwich midfielder Alex Tettey speaking to Match of the Day: "The first 15 minutes were exactly how we wanted to perform and play. But from the 20th minute on, that's not us.

"We were not performing as we should. There was a lot of things that we don't normally do that we did.

"We haven't really focused on where we are (in the table). We've gone into games thinking 'if we play the way we can play, we know we can get results'.

"It's disappointing that when teams are giving us more hope, we're not taking it.

"It's tough but we need to forget about this game and get ready for the next one because we have Leicester coming to Carrow Road on Friday."

Joey Gambles: Richarlison should have been down the tunnel before the goal. An out of control, two feet off the ground, studs up challenge which doesn’t get a red card? i do not understand that.

Simon Turner: Two moments of defensive fragility undoes an otherwise pretty good half for Arsenal.

  12. 'We looked fit, we looked strong'published at 17:24 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    FT: Man Utd 3-0 Watford

    Manchester United

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: "It was a very important performance. We have given ourselves a mountain to climb at times by winning and then losing and not being consistent. They were always going to give problems but we did not have to hand it to them like we did after two minutes. Great recovery by Luke Shaw after the defenders made a bit of a hash of it. The way we grew in the game, we looked fit, we looked strong, we created more space. The tireder they got, the better we were. We want to be in the Champions League. We have four big games coming up. It’s an important month for us."

On Fernandes: "He has done fantastic. He has given everyone a boost. He wants the ball all the time, he wants to conduct the play. I am very pleased for him. He has done something to the crowd. He shows the attributes of a Manchester United player. He is a great addition to the squad."

On Mason Greenwood: “He knows how to score a goal, I thought he grew into the game. He showed vision and he is improving."

  14. 'Arteta cannot believe it'published at 17:21 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Arsenal 2-2 Everton

    Matt Upson
Former England and West Ham defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Mikel Arteta has just turned around with his head in his hands. He cannot believe it at this stage of the game.

They have conceded again from a set-piece, they don't win the first header again, I cannot think of a time they have won the first header in the box.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:21 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Arsenal 2-2 Everton

Good watch. Arsenal had a fine 10 minutes to seemingly take control but two Everton goals from set-pieces have us level at the break.

  16. goal

GOAL - Arsenal 2-2 Evertonpublished at 17:19 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Richarlison (45 mins)

More really weak defending from a set-piece! Arsenal don't win a header, it comes back in, Yerry Mina nods it on and Richarlison gets the tiniest touch to flick it past Bernd Leno.

The keeper didn't come for it, got to be more assertive surely?

I was half expecting that to be chalked off as Richarlison's foot was high again but they let it go.

  17. It's dangerous tackle but just a yellow card'published at 17:18 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Arsenal 2-1 Everton

    Matt Upson
Former England and West Ham defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

The original tackle between Bellerin and Calvert-Lewin is everything you want to see, it was two players going for the ball wholeheartedly and nobody complained. But then Richarlison flies in, he was never going to make it but I don't think he makes that much contact. It's still a dangerous tackle but just a yellow card. It was late and low and with pace.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17:17 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2020

    Arsenal 2-1 Everton

Richarlison has lost his head here - a lunging foul on Dani Ceballos who stays down and Richarlison is then up and in the midfielder's face telling him to get up. All threatens to boil over.

There wasn't a massive amount of contact. Yellow will do.
