Joe Allen, of the three big boys with Aaron Ramsey and Gareth Bale, he is by far having the greater game.

He is reading the play well, covering ground, sweeping up, protecting players.

The other two - we need a bit more from.

  6. CLOSE!published at 41 mins

Wales don't get close enough to Haris Seferovic and the Benfica striker fires over.

We have not seen quite the same influence from Aaron Ramsey as we have in other games.

He has had a quiet 40-odd minutes. Judging by his performance so far, he is not at full tilt.

Kieffer Moore is very isolated at the moment. Wales are having to defend deep.

We've seen the value of Kieffer Moore in the penalty area at both ends. He is that first man defending. I think Robert Page would prefer to see him more at the other end of the pitch.

Wales need to find a bit more quality in to Moore.

Wales for me are going to have work a bit harder in getting their back line-up to allow their midfield to put a bit more of a press on the Swiss midfield and defence.

It's difficult because it's hot, but they will save themselves a lot more running in the long run.

They can't keep soaking up this pressure.

    Lots of corners for Switzerland.

Dan James has added that ability to cross well with his left foot. And he can cut inside on his right. As a defender you don't know which way to send him.

Kevin Mbabu almost sneaks in from a teasing cross, but Ben Davies heads clear.

As long as he doesn't get another yellow card, that was a great foul from a Swiss point of view.

Daniel James tore them apart then.

He is Wales' form attacking player, even though Gareth Bale has produced more in the Premier League this term.

BBC Sport Wales at the Baku Olympic Stadium

Given how long we've seen football matches played without fans, it is a huge shame the Baku Olympic Stadium is not as full as it could be.

You can't blame Wales and Switzerland supporters, who have travelled in greater numbers than coronavirus restrictions would suggest.

But you do have to question why Baku was chosen as one of the Euro 2020 host cities.

I didn't expect a cross there and apparently nor Wales players did either, because that one drifts wide.

That was a cynical foul. Terrible defending. But it was brilliant from Dan James on that left-hand side. This is probably the wrong side for Gareth Bale, but can we have a bit of magic?

Kieffer Moore is getting a bit disappointed. He is expecting a bit too much of himself at the moment.

He has had a few touches which haven't come off. He just needs to settle down and play the game.
