We were a little bit critical at half-time of Sweden's lack of intent and urgency. They came out second half and were completely different. What we haven't spoken about is the Sweden defence. Slovakia weren't up to much going forward but Sweden have got a rally good defence and they played well.

Slovakia will be kicking themselves. The urgency from Sweden in the second half was brilliant. They had men forward, the timing was good and they controlled the game and it paid dividends in the second half.

I don't think Slovakia have a natural goal scorer in their squad - it was comfortable for Sweden the whole game.

In Slovakia's last game Poland went down to 10 men so it was a bit easier for them to create chances but today going forward they didn't have any punch.

You have to credit Sweden they defended ever so well - they could go far in the tournament because they have that never-say-die attitude and they have players who can cause problems.

Sweden's last two goals at major tournaments have been in 1-0 wins with Emil Forsberg scoring the only goal (also against Switzerland in the 2018 World Cup last 16).

It's not a pretty way of playing but it is effective - Emil Forsberg and Alexander Isak cause teams a lot of problems and they were the difference as well as Robin Quaison when he came on. There is a good togetherness in this Sweden team.
