Now you may accuse me of clutching at straws here, but how valuable does Wales' friendly in Paris suddenly look when Neco Williams was sent off?
A very similar scenario indeed.

If Wales and Switzerland finish on the same goal difference, it will be decided on fair play.
Ethan Ampadu's red card means Wales are now behind on that one.

It's a nasty one I have to say, it's the sort of challenge that could leave Federico Bernardeschi with a broken ankle. Goes with a stretched right foot and just catches him in the ankle. He's obviously not meant it. He'll be devastated.

It was a late, not reckless, challenge.

Group A is so close, suddenly. It's tough to know how Wales should approach this half. Do they have a go? Do they try and limit the damage? Do they take off Bale and Ramsey? Do I know the answers to these hypothetical questions I am asking? Should I stop? Ok.

We've really missed Ben Davies at the back and the solidity of Rodon and Mepham together at the back and that out ball to Kieffer Moore.
There's a lot to think about for Rob Page now, these are the times you've got to make the tough decisions and qualification is more important than anything.
I'd let the game go ten minutes then look to introduce Moore.
