It is a twist. I had my doubts that being a yellow, I'd seen it given as a red. The centre forward was in on goal, now it's a different game completely.

His free-kick hits the wall and then he is booked for fouling Denzel Dumfries to stop a Dutch counter.

That is the Netherlands' first red card in a Euros game since John Heitinga in 2004, also against the Czech Republic.

Matthijs de Ligt slipped as he tried to hold off Patrik Schick and scooped the ball back with his hand to stop Schick.

Drama at the other end as Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt handles the ball on the edge of the box to deny the Czechs a huge chance. He's booked. But should it be more?

HUGE CHANCE for Donyell Malen. Should have bagged.

It's a brilliant run by the Dutch forward to spot a gap through the centre and go for it with a brilliant turn of pace. He tries to go round the keeper, who manages to dive on the ball.

Zoooom. Denzel Dumfries races onto another ball down the right but his ball into Donyell Malen is disappointing. An unmarked Malen could have been in there if Dumfries had got that ball right.

That is only the second yellow card the Netherlands have received at Euro 2020 (also Marten de Roon v Austria).
