Pickford has had a wonderful tournament. When he as been called upon he has made every decision right. It is good when your keeper is on top form. It really helps.

For Jordan Pickford in an England shirt he's not let Gareth Southgate down once which is why he continually plays him. You don't win games like this under this pressure unless you have characters and leaders and players that turn up.

Talking of long runs and waiting for them to end, this man's been waiting a lifetime to stick that one in the back of the net. Luke Shaw really turned up this second half. Another good ball and Jack Grealish another assist. He wasn't going to miss that one Harry Kane. It hasn't been his best game, but he's waited and waited for that chance to come. And that feeling is one he's waited for for a long, long time.
