It's going to be an interesting change. Saka and Sterling have done ok. They've looked lively, Saka in particular has looked very lively when he's got on the ball. Faded a little bit maybe in this second half but I think the performance has faded slightly.

Gnabry for Timo Werner.

Looks like Serge Gnabry will be coming on too for Germany.

We need somebody on this pitch now that can get in behind this German back line, start pushing them back and worry a little bit more. It feels like Gareth will be the one to make the first change.

We are most threatening with pace. Kane still doesn't look like he is moving right and pace against Hummels is scary.

We need a change, we have got them, I can feel it, the crowd can feel it, the players can. It's just that final third. It has got to be a sub and it has got to be soon.

England haven't had a shot since the 27th minute. Their last shot against Czech Republic last time out came in the 26th minute.

Raheem Sterling is the only player to have managed a touch of the ball in the opposition box so far in this half.

You have got to make subs. The game is there for England to win, they are playing in the German half. Germany look a threat on the break but it is there for England. Just need a little bit of quality in the final third. Get on Grealish and Sancho!

Raheem Sterling draws Toni Kroos into a clumsy foul with some neat trickery. If England want more dribblers on the pitch to exploit the tiring Germans, they're not short of options.

Who blinks first here? The first goal, if it comes, is getting ever more important and less likely to be recovered from.
