    It's a horrible situation to be in. That walk from the halfway line to the penalty spot is the longest 30 or 40 yards you will ever walk in your life. You have to try as hard as it is to stay strong, to be calm, to do what you have practiced in training. Keep your mind. Try and keep it simple. I always used to walk up and never took my eyes off the opposite corner to where I'd put it. You've got to do what you have practiced and stay strong mentally.
