    Brentford 3-0 QPR

QPR striker Nahki Wells over-hits a cross, to jeers from the home fans.

Ebere Eze gets on the end of it, composes himself, and sends his cross straight into the hands of home keeper David Raya.

Rangers have next to no threat up front.

    Brentford 3-0 QPR

QPR finally put a ball forward which looks like it will set a forward free.

But Bees right-back Henrik Dalsgaard comes across and makes a fine covering challenge to tackle Ilias Chair just inside the area.

Chair looks around in the hope of getting a penalty, but the Danish defender clearly won the ball.

    Brentford 3-0 QPR

Brentford ping the ball about at the back before suddenly springing forward.

Said Benrahma is on the ball running at the QPR area and has options left and right.

He makes the wrong choice and the move fizzles out. Mathias Jensen was screaming for the ball in space on the left and should have been played in.

Kyle: Joy to watch are Brentford. Brilliant 10 minute spell from them after a quiet start. They will push West Brom and Leeds all the way. Brentford still have a good chance of finishing in the top 2. Goal difference is so tight to between the top 3.

    Ollie Watkins

    This is far too easy.

The Bees spread their men all across the box, despite the free-kick being fairly central.

The ball goes to the right-hand side of the area where Ethan Pinnock rises high to head the ball back across goal.

Ollie Watkins is there to apply the finishing touch from close range, grabbing his 18th league goal of the campaign.

Another free-kick routine QPR couldn't deal with.

The home fans are loving this.

    Brentford 2-0 QPR

The Bees win a free-kick some 35 yards from goal after the hosts seize on another poor clearance from Rangers keeper Joe Lumley.

A chance for the hosts to work another set-piece move, with Mathias Jensen over the ball.

    Brentford 2-0 QPR

Brentford continue to carve out chances with their slick and smooth passing game.

A brilliant move almost ends in a goal as Rico Henry pops up in space on the left hand side of the box before volleying back across goal.

Ollie Watkins is inches from getting on the end of it - although the offside flag is up.

Rangers can't cope with Thomas Frank's side at the moment.

    Brentford 2-0 QPR

Concern for QPR as striker Nahki Wells goes down following a tangle with Rico Henry just outside the Bees box.

There is no-free-kick, but Wells takes his time to get back to his feet, clutching his knee.

    He looks okay to continue.

    Brentford 2-0 QPR

Almost a third goal for the hosts as Josh Dasilva's low cross is deflected narrowly wide of the QPR goal by Geoff Cameron.

There were red and white shirts queuing up in the box for that one.

    Bryan Mbeumo

The Bees double their lead in quick succession, and it is a fine finish from Bryan Mbeumo.

A poor clearing kick from R's keeper Joe Lumley is returned towards the box by Brentford midfielder Christian Norgaard.

Rangers defender Geoff Cameron can only head the ball back up into the air towards his own goal, and as it falls Mbeumo sticks out a left boot to stab the ball into the bottom left-hand corner.

The hosts are on top and in control.

The Bees will be delighted with how that free-kick routine came off.

They'll believe they deserve the lead, having had a strong penalty shout turned down early on at Griffin Park.

    Said Benrahma

Straight off the training ground, the hosts take the lead with a slick set-piece move.

Mathias Jensen puts a low ball in from the right which is cut back towards the penalty spot.

Said Benrahma has peeled away from his man and guides the ball through a crowd of players and into the bottom left-hand corner.

The Algerian playmaker has been quiet so far, but celebrates wildly with his team-mates.

At the other end, Bryan Mbeumo is brought down by Ryan Manning, giving Brentford a free-kick just outside the QPR box on the right flank.

This is in a promising location.

    Oh my.

David Raya is having a time of it at the moment.

As the Bees try and play out from the back, Raya takes his time as Nahki Wells comes to close him down.

An attempted Cruyff turn doesn't quite come off, meaning he has to do a couple of drag backs to get out of danger.

Wells was sniffing around, and that's the reason Raya has to be good with his feet. He just about gets away with that.

    Brentford 0-0 QPR

QPR are having slightly more possession, and the home crowd are getting a bit antsy with every decision which goes in the visitors' favour.

Keeper David Raya comes out of his box to hammer a clearance out of the ground, to ironic cheers from the away fans.

  20. GREAT SAVE!published at 12 mins

    Brentford 0-0 QPR

A fine reaction save from Brentford keeper David Raya prevents home captain Pontus Jansson from scoring an own goal.

The Swede got his head to a cross from Ryan Manning but got his attempted clearance all wrong, and Raya had to throw up his right hand to claw the ball away from the top corner.
