  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 87 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Right on cue, Leeds bring on Jordan Stevens to replace Mateusz Klich.

Three minutes left plus stoppage time.

  2. Postpublished at 86 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

If you're wondering why Leeds have only made one sub, the rest of their bench is made of young, relatively untested players.

Does this result hasten the need for Marcelo Bielsa's side to bring in reinforcements?

  3. Postpublished at 85 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

    Leeds win a corner.

    It's well defended by QPR.

    Repeat x11.

  4. CLOSE!published at 83 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

QPR almost put the game out of sight.

Kiko Casilla's throw isn't good and the hosts almost punish them, Nahki Wells getting across his man at the near post but firing wide.

That's the strikers final contribution as he's replaced by Marc Pugh in a defensive move from home boss Mark Warburton.

  5. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 80 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Pablo Hernandez takes it and clips the outside of the post!

QPR keeper Liam Kelly was getting nowhere near it, even though it went his side of the goal.

Leeds have done absolutely everything but score this afternoon...

Helder Costa draws a foul and Leeds have a free-kick on the edge of the QPR box.

Lee Wallace is booked, and Pablo Hernandez and Jack Harrison stand over the ball...

  7. CLOSE!published at 78 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Patrick Bamford could/should have had a hat-trick this afternoon.

Leeds midfielder Mateusz Klich puts in a sumptuous cross and Bamford nods wide at the back post, under pressure from two QPR defenders.

Is that penalty miss playing on Bamford's mind?

  8. Postpublished at 76 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

QPR scorer Nahki Wells is on a yellow and trips Helder Costa in midfield.

The Bermudan is let off by referee Peter Banks but is warned that it's his final chance.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 75 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Former Leeds winger Jack Clarke comes on for his QPR debut, replacing Ilias Chair.

Josh Scowen replaces Luke Amost as Mark Warburton makes a double change.

  10. YELLOW CARD (Hernandez)published at 74 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

After a lengthy spell of pressure Leeds concede possession and Pablo Hernandez hacks down a marauding Eberechi Eze.

A good yellow for the Leeds playmaker, as many pundits would say...

  11. YELLOW CARD (Masterson)published at 72 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

The free-kick drops to QPR defender Grant Hall, who is charged down before he can shoot in the box.

But let's take a moment to mention Bright Osayi-Samuel again - he beats four men before Leeds eventually clear - he's been the best attacking player on the pitch.

Meanwhile, home defender Conor Masterson is booked for time-wasting.

  12. Postpublished at 69 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

For the first time that I've noticed QPR look to slow this game down, with Liam Kelly taking a few seconds longer over his goal kick.

Home winger Bright Osayi-Samuel is scythed down by Leeds centre-back Liam Cooper and wins a free-kick to relieve some pressure.

  13. CLOSE!published at 67 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Another good chance for Leeds - Jack Harrison failing to divert Pablo Hernandez's mishit strike on target.

The visitors are winning plenty of corners and have all the possession and territory, but QPR have the lead and counter-attacking threat in their armory.

  14. Postpublished at 65 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

This game has turned increasing frenetic.

Leeds look incessant in attack, Kalvin Phillips' low rocket from 25 yards gathered by QPR penalty hero Liam Kelly at the second attempt.

    Who can keep their heads?

Roger: As a lifelong QPR fan, Wells' goal should never have been given. I agree that VAR is being misused in the Prem & the handball rule is nonsense, but that's a clear & obvious error/missed call.

Dave Payn: Aside from the validity of QPR’s goal, Leeds dominating but can’t put the ball in the net often enough. Much the same last season. For all the attractive style Bielsa brings, ‘goals pay the rent’, as David Coleman once said.

  16. MISSED PENALTY (Leeds)published at 62 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Liam Kelly saves a penaltyImage source, Rex Features

Patrick Bamford's penalty is saved by Liam Kelly!

It's by no means a bad spot-kick - low to the right - but stand-in keeper Kelly guesses right and pulls off a cracking save.

    Kelly 1-0 Bamford.

  17. PENALTY (Leeds)published at 13:50 Greenwich Mean Time 18 January 2020

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Patrick Bamford is brought down and Leeds have a penalty!

The striker is played in by Luke Ayling and is taken down by QPR keeper Liam Kelly.

    Was there enough contact?

  18. Postpublished at 60 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

It's Leeds' turn to break with pace.

Helder Costa wins the ball back deep in his own half and ends the move by winning a corner.

However, the crossing quality from Kalvin Phillips and Jack Harrison leaves a lot to be desired.

  19. Postpublished at 57 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Baby-faced Jack Clarke is warming up fairly vigorously as he hopes to come on for his QPR debut against old club Leeds.

On the pitch Ezgjan Alioski messes up a clearance and Leeds somehow escape with a goal-kick.

It should have been a home corner.

  20. Postpublished at 55 mins

    QPR 1-0 Leeds

Leeds have been well on top but the QPR counter is dangerous.

From an attacking free-kick the visitors are forced back, Ezgjan Alioski getting a foot in on Bright Osayi-Samuel, who must've made up about 50 yards to win the R's a corner.
