Atalanta 2-0 Valencia
Bad omen. Valencia have never come from two goals down to win or draw a Champions League match.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig

Leipzig have been the better side. They did not give Spurs any time on the ball. They are so lively and fit. They could have scored three in the first 10 minutes. Tottenham were second best for long periods. I think Mourinho will actually be happy. I just think he wants to make sure they do not concede.
Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Jose Mourinho was writing furiously in his notebook and he has plenty to ponder while RB Leipzig will wonder how this is still 0-0.
The answer to that is Hugo Lloris.

Paul: The problem Spurs have is they can't go long as they have nobody there that can hold up the ball and let the play catch them up. Missing a Llorente type substitute they had 12 months ago.
Endurance Aikpokpodion: How Valencia qualified ahead of Ajax in that group is still a mystery.
Put these players in the correct order
How much do you know about the players in the Champions League last 16? Can you rank them in terms of these six categories?
Put each of these lists in the right order (be aware these are not necessarily the top five players in each category)...
Mike Dean: cult figure, evergreen Premier League staple and referee.
That Peter Crouch Podcast returns to BBC Sounds this week and, on the first episode of the series, they've got guest Mike Dean - the Premier League's veteran, maverick, Mr Hollywood referee. Listen here.
The 51-year-old is the Premier League's most experienced man in black and recently officiated his 500th Premier League game.
In that time he's become a bit of a cult figure - for his histrionic gesticulations, his expressive face and his banter antics (like when he hid the match ball from Sergio Aguero).
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig

There are just no options for Tottenham. Nobody wants to run into space and it is making it so easy for Leipzig. Dele Alli runs down the right but nobody is going with him. Mourinho will be happy with the score but he will know the team will need to work much harder. They rode their luck a little, let's be honest. Hopefully they will come into their own as Leipzig tire.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
The half-time whistle goes. How RB Leipzig are not winning this match, I do not know.
Atalanta 2-0 Valencia
The half-time whistle goes at the San Siro.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
The board goes up for one minute added on as Dele Alli does well to hold the ball up, nutmeg someone and win a corner.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
That's more like the Angelino I saw at Manchester City. He surges into the box and then slips and the ball goes out for a goal-kick.
Atalanta 2-0 Valencia
Atalanta's 10 Champions League goals have been scored by nine different players.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
Chris Waddle
Ex-Tottenham and England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live
Leipzig will be saying this game should be over. They have had three or four really good chances but so far the ball has just not found the back of the net.
Atalanta 2-0 Valencia
Boom. Josip Ilicic hits a beauty into the top corner from the edge of the box and Atalanta double their lead.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
Davinson Sanchez heads it away.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
Corner for Leipzig as Timo Werner's cross is put behind by a sliding Davinson Sanchez.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
Chance-ish for Spurs. Gedson Fernandes crosses but Dele Alli judges his leap wrong and fails to head the ball.
Spurs 0-0 RB Leipzig
The physios are on to treat Leipzig wing-back Nordi Mukiele, a France Under-21 international. He looks in discomfort and hobbles off the pitch.

Spurs look really abject of late, injuries aside they certainly don't look anywhere near as fluid as they did under Poch. League position may suggest an improvement but watching them is all the more painful for it. And yes RB Leipzig are very good but really not having to work too hard at it.
Sy, Bournemouth
Sooooo easy for Leipzig, once again Spurs sitting deep and cannot cope with a team playing high press. Only one winner based on first 30 mins.
