GOAL - Liverpool 1-0 Shrewsburypublished at 21:35 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February 2020

Ro-Shaun Williams own goal (75 mins)

    OH DEARY ME!!

A Manchester United academy graduate giving Liverpool a HUGE helping hand.

    At Anfield.

    In front of the Kop.

Neco Williams, who has been a constant attacking threat for the Reds, sends in a harmless cross to the edge of the area.

No Liverpool player is anywhere near it, Ro-Shaun Williams just needs to head it back towards the direction it came from but opts to nod it back towards his goalkeeper.

One problem, Max O'Leary is not at home as he has gone chasing for the cross and the ball loops into an open net.

A shocker from the visiting defender.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC One

I think Newcastle have shown with their team selection and professionalism, the way they have gone about their task tonight that they are serious about the FA Cup competition. This has turned into a good fixture for Steve Bruce, the way Newcastle are playing.

  9. Postpublished at 21:31 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February 2020

    Oxford 0-2 Newcastle

It's just not clicking for Oxford tonight. Matty Taylor tries to control the ball but fouls his man instead. There are about 22 minutes left. Right now a comeback doesn't feel on the cards.

Lol, are you guys really getting het up by the 'LiVARpool' joke?

    Cardiff 2-2 Reading

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

What was I saying about a draw?

Cardiff looked so comfortable when they were 2-0 up, but Reading have come roaring back.

Their equaliser is an excellent volley by substitute Andy Rinhimota - a composed and technically impressive strike - but Cardiff will be unhappy with their defending there.

Extra time is the last thing anybody needed...

  17. Oxford seeking breakthroughpublished at 21:24 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February 2020

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Kassam Stadium

Oxford United are not giving up on this but they are struggling to create any clear openings after the break.

Newcastle, particularly Miguel Almiron, still look a threat and the Kassam Stadium is a pretty subdued place at the moment.

All square, what a second half comeback from Reading.

    Oxford 0-2 Newcastle

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on BBC One

    Speaking just before the change...

I think Karl Robinson needs to make a change. The momentum has gone from Oxford - and from the crowd here. Newcastle are doing a really good job of keeping this stadium quiet.
