Bristol City boss Lee Johnson has made a double change for the start of the second half, withdrawing Markus Henriksen and Filip Benkovic in place of Adam Nagy and Niclas Eliasson.

The visitors also came out five minutes ahead of the restart.

Coventry have carved out a few chances in response to Rotherham’s opening goal.

But it’s Rotherham who have come closest to the second goal from top scorer Freddie Ladapo.

City keeper Marko Marosi did well to turn it aside but that will only partially atone for the mess he made of the Millers’ opener.

Not the best night for a goalkeeping howler.

Just as the first half draws to a close at The Hawthorns in tonight's late Championship kick-off, we're beginning to get back under way across the rest of the English Football League.

The first half is all over at The Hawthorns and Callum Robinson has haunted his former side after bagging two assists as West Brom lead 2-0 at the break.

A long way back for Preston.

• It's as you were in the play-off places as Cheltenham recovered from going a goal down after three minutes to level things up. The Robins remain fifth as it stands, and their opponents seventh.
• In tonight's other fixture Grimsby flew out of the blocks with Bradley Garmston netting his first goal for the club after two minutes. Jordan Green equalised for Newport before Josh Benson put Grimsby back in front at the break.

• In the battle of the top two it's league leaders Rotherham who have the half-time advantage through Freddie Ladapo's goal after 23 minutes.
• Fleetwood and Sunderland are in the chasing pack and it's the former who are leading 1-0, with Portsmouth currently dropping down to eighth, being held 1-1 by MK Dons.
• Elsewhere, Bolton are a goal down to Blackpool and staring a fifth successive defeat in the face, Oxford are leading Accrington 1-0, and Tranmere are looking well-set at Shrewsbury, leading 2-0 at the interval.

They're still playing in the first half between West Brom and Preston but it's otherwise half-time across the EFL.

So what better time to round-up the best of the action in League One and League Two...

A goal from on-loan Benfica forward Chris Willock gives relegation-threatened Huddersfield a precious half-time lead.

They deserve it as well, with play-off chasing Bristol City again looking off-colour and staring a third successive defeat in the face.

Both sides had chances in the early stages before the game was lit-up by a fine finish from QPR captain Grant Hall.

It looked like that would be good enough for the half-time lead but two minutes before the break, Martyn Waghorn found space in the penalty area to head the equaliser.

As it stands Luton will be of the bottom of the Championship and four points from safety, while Brentford are missing the chance to put pressure on Leeds - who play tomorrow.

Darnell Fisher puts West Brom under further pressure and once again David Nugent is fed with a promising cross.

However the veteran Preston striker heads just wide of the mark.

Fifth-placed Nottingham Forest have won just one of their past five games but with Brentford and Preston both behind, this scoreline isn't too bad for them.

David Nugent has started tonight alongside Alan Browne for Preston and he's had a golden chance to get them back into this game at the Hawthorns.

Andrew Hughes puts a lovely ball into the West Brom box and Nugent heads to ground at the far post and it bounces out for a goal kick.

This is quite the achievement!
