  1. Kilmarnock deservedly levelpublished at 17:07

    Kilmarnock 1-1 Hibernian

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Rugby Park

Kilmarnock must have even aggrieved to have fallen behind but what a response to Greg Docherty’s stunning opener. They had been more aggressive in trying to create opportunities and got the reward.

The key was Gary Dicker’s poise inside the box. He didn’t panic and released Niko Hamalainen which ultimately led to Hibernian being breached.

There’s been a reasonable level of quality given the conditions but what was lacking was direct efforts on goal. When they came they had impact.

It's the perfect response from Kilmarnock. Chris Burke gambles inside and it's great improvisation to head that home

What a goal. We were just saying Docherty is a great bit of recruitment for Hibs. It's absolutely exquisite. Koprivec has absolutely no chance. An outstanding goal

Kilmarnock have an imposing backline, so I think Hibs need to get Scott Allan on the ball, get it wide to Martin Boyle and into Marc McNulty's feet if they are going to score or create chances

It's been a good opening spell from Kilmarnock. They are getting the ball into the box from both sides and they are trying to test the Hibs back three
