Helles: The spirit of Loris Karius is alive and well at Anfield.

Stuart: I despair with some fickle supporters (Conor), I'm a Liverpool fan and Adrian still has my support. Players make mistakes, it is what it is.

I can certainly see why you would not be a fan of the way Atletico Madrid play but I would say they have been so successful for so long that you can only tip your hat to them at times.

Roberto Firmino put Liverpool in the driving seat in the 94th minute and within 10 minutes the visitors were heading through...

Unless Divock Origi and co can summon up some magic again.

Since the start of the 2017-18 campaign, Liverpool's goalkeepers have made more errors leading to goals in the Champions League than any other team's keepers in this period and four in total.

    Guillem Balague
Spanish football journalist on BBC Radio 5 Live

Atletico Madrid came back from the dead. That is what they are made of. We keep being surprised by them, but maybe this shows that we shouldn't be. I would say that this isn't an accurate representation of the full match though.

Nobody in an Atletico Madrid shirt outside of their own penalty area as they clear a Liverpool cross. Massed ranks. VVD just staying up front now.

Paul: Here’s the real point. Liverpool failed to take chances in 90 mins. Don’t make this about Adrian.

Conor: Doesn't matter how well Adrian has played all season. He has just lost all his fans with us. Two awful, awful mistakes in 15 minutes.

It's pretty much a back 10 for the visitors now as Jan Oblak again does brilliantly to claw out a low cross from Sadio Mane...

You certainly couldn't have called that - a mad 15 minutes! You have to put it down to goalkeeper error, it gave Atletico that confidence. But - with the players Liverpool have it's not over yet.

    Marcos Llorente (105 mins)

    WOW!

What a blow this is, it could well be game over. Tie over!

Atletico break away from being under heavy pressure and they find sub Marcos Llorente, who only came on in the 56th minute.

He has two men on him but jags past Jordan Henderson and then flashes another cracking low finish into the bottom corner.

Could Adrian have done better? No, I don't think so. That was a fine goal and Anfield, for once, falls near silent.
