  1. 250th appearance for McKenziepublished at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March 2020

    Hamilton Academical v Kilmarnock (15:00)

Hamilton have David Templeton back in their squad after the winger missed the midweek victory over Rangers because of family reasons and the winger starts on the bench.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, head coach Brian Rice sticks with the same starting XI that beat Rangers 1-0 at Ibrox.

It's a big day for Kilmarnock midfielder Rory McKenzie, who makes his 250th appearance for the club.

Midfielder Alan Power returns from suspension after missing the 2-2 draw at home to Aberdeen.

Alex Dyer makes two changes from that game. Defender Niko Hamalainen and winger Greg Kiltie drop out, with full-back Stephen Hendrie starting.

    Scottish Championship

Dundee United still have a healthy 16-point lead at the top of the second tier despite only winning once in their latest eight fixtures and will fancy a fourth win in a row this season over bottom side Partick Thistle, who are without a win in eight.

Although they are more realistically targeting a promotion play-off place, Inverness Caledonian Thistle narrowed the gap in midweek and head to Indodrill Stadium unbeaten in four visits, with hosts Alloa Athletic without a win in five outings. They've already met five times this season and the Wasps have yet to win, losing twice at home.

Third-top Ayr United have gone three home games without a win as they host Dundee, two points behind, unbeaten in four and who have won their two head-to-heads this season.

Dunfermline Athletic will hope to take advantage of any slip-ups at Somerset Park as they host a Queen of the South side without a win in eight but must do so again without injured top scorer Kevin Nisbet.

Greenock Morton's six-game run without defeat ended in midweek and won't get it easy as they look to end a run of three home draws against an Arbroath side unbeaten in three.

  4. Still all to play forpublished at 14:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March 2020

    Scottish Premiership

With Rangers having fallen further behind at the top of the table despite Celtic having drawn with Livingston, thanks to a shock home defeat by Hamilton Academical, Neil Lennon's leaders can extend the gap to 16 points should they defeat St Mirren.

The third-bottom visitors from Paisley are desperate for points after Accies and Hearts both made up ground in midweek.

Hearts host a Motherwell side who ended their run without a win by thumping Ross County to move three points clear in third place.

Hamilton host a Kilmarnock side who have fallen out of the running for that Europa League qualification spot.

However, it is still alive for fourth-top Aberdeen and sixth-placed Hibernian as they meet at Pittodrie, as it is for Livingston in fifth as they visit St Johnstone.

Stay with us to see how it all pans out.

Coronavirus has forced off Scotland Women's rugby union game against France after a home player tested positive, but Scottish football remains unscathed by its spread.

The Scottish Professional Football League has warned about "dire financial consequences" if matches are postponed and even suggested that it would be difficult to finish the season if "the first team of one club" is affected.

However, a rare full-house of fixtures (well, almost, with Rangers visiting Ross County tomorrow) kicking off at 15:00 goes ahead and we have the build-up, live commentary and post-match reaction on the website and BBC Radio Scotland.
