The Saints have been superb in the second half. Southampton have scored three second-half goals in a Premier League game for the first time since Feb 2014 against Fulham. Blimey.

It is not just the defeat for Norwich, it is the manner of the defeat. They have been absolutely blown away. Southampton have been far, far superior.

I think if you ask Daniel Farke after the game he would say he can't remember as poor a performance from Norwich.

Almost a Keegan rant there Ben. You'd love it, love it if they beat them I take it?

Max Aarons at left-wing back is baffling. I don't know what pin the tail on the donkey in German is but Daniel Farke has got that one wrong.

Teemu Pukki was withdrwan in the aftermath of that latest nail in the lid and now Southampton finally make a change of their own. Will Smallbone the man on.

Paul: Norwich are a rubbish team anyway. They are going down no matter what. All that's changed now with the season restarting instead of ending is that they'll get shown up a few more times before the go back to where they belong.

Norwich look like a relegated team. Another devastating break but all too easy for Southampton.

  12. goal

GOAL - Norwich 0-3 Southamptonpublished at 19:36 British Summer Time 19 June 2020

    Nathan Redmond (79 mins)

It's a finishing clinic. Norwich clocked off at 7 tonight and Southampton are filling their boots. Again Danny Ings starts it, when he bursts past the midfield nobody can live with him. He finds Michael Obafemi who this time makes the right call and finds Nathan Redmond. He breezes past Ben Godfrey so, so easily and his left-foot finish is immaculate.

  13. 'Formation thrown together'published at 19:35 British Summer Time 19 June 2020

    Norwich 0-2 Southampton

    Chris Sutton

Norwich's change of formation has really not worked well. Max Aarons playing in a left wing back role surprises me a bit - he's played on the right-hand side all season. Jamal Lewis won't have played centre back too many times. They are just trying to throw a formation together.

Norwich have gone here. Mentally gone. Just one pass over the top takes out their entire backline and Southampton have two men in on goal. Michael Obafemi's feet get ahead of his thinking though and instead of just rolling it across he allows Jamal Lewis to get back and make the tackle.

From the corner Ryan Bertrand goes close.

Norwich are a yard off and have been all evening if truth be told. It is 2-0 and it looks like Southampton will be the next to score. Whatever is more than a miracle, Norwich need it.

Both sides can make five changes but Ralph Hasenhuttl doesn't seem in a rush as we reach the final 20 minutes. His side are plying very well so no surprise, as Stuart Armstrong almost gets a third, forcing Tim Krul into a scrabbling save.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer tells Sky Sports: "When you are happy outside football, you will be happy on the pitch.

"Marcus Rashford is a fine human being, a fine young man and we will see the best from him.

“Paul Pogba is one of the best players in the world and he has been training hard, training well but I need to make sure I look after everyone. We have the Europa League, FA Cup and Paul will gradually play more and a vital part."
