Off the line! Norwich are falling apart like Pear Tree Productions here in front of our very eyes.
They have a corner which is headed out and all of a sudden Southampton are three on two. Michael Obafemi carries the ball, ignores the runner to his left and is half tackled. It runs on for James Ward-Prowse, who hits the shot on goal but a Canary has got back well to hack it away from the goalmouth.

They make five changes from the team who last played in Europe.

Danny Ings is once again involved, carrying the ball at pace right at the Canaries before finding Stuart Armstrong on his right. He's allowed to cut in on to his left foot and then snake a low shot in at the near post.

Danny Ings had that opportunity in the first half he should have buried. This was not an easy opportunity but he feeds the ball brilliantly around Tim Krul. A wonderful, devastating finish. Norwich have to find a way back into this game but Southampton deserve it.

It all comes from a long throw down the left, it pinballs around, Stuart Armstrong pokes it into the path of Ings who, from about 15 yards out, just flashes a rising shot past Tim Krul and in.
