Liverpool 4-0 Crystal Palace
Its a Prem debut for Neco Williams, one of the more surreal ones. He replaces TAA while Roberto Firmino is replaced by Takumi Minamino.

It's a great pass from Mo Salah. He'd already looked at where Sadio Mane was and Mane basically just passes it past the keeper.

Liverpool beat Palace 9-0 last time they won the league, in September 1989, and it's no exaggeration to say they could have scored nine already tonight.
Sadio Mane (69 mins)
Frightening really. Andros Townsend loses the ball about 70 yards from his own goal and it's a costly error. Roberto Firmino finds Mo Salah, who is in his own half but slots Sadio Mane away with a brilliant first-time pass. Mane streaks clear, opens up his body and bends it into the bottom corner.
More than a shade of Thierry Henry about that goal.
Liverpool 3-0 Crystal Palace
Still a quarter of this game left as Jordan Henderson sets back into his seat and has a good blast of whatever they drink when they come off. Doubt it's tea.
Liverpool 3-0 Crystal Palace
First touch, pretty much, sees the Ox shoot over from wideish on the left.

City vs Liverpool next week even without the fans it's looking very promising to be a cracker if both teams can keep the form.

Mo Salah goes for the lofted wedge from the right-hand side of the area, over the head of Wayne Hennessey and just wide...

Crouchy scored some good goals at the Kop end but maybe none as crisp as that. Fabinho took the cover off it.
Still half an hour to go. What's par here, 5-0?
Liverpool 3-0 Crystal Palace

The ball came quickly at Georginio Wijnaldum and he just grabbed it with his left foot and if it had been either side of the keeper it would have been 4-0.

Liverpool 3-0 Crystal Palace
Gini Wijnaldum should have a hat-trick but at least this one is on target. He finds the grasp of Wayne Hennessey from about five yards after more diligent far-post work from Sadio Mane.

He had lots of space, one touch, out of his feet and it flew like a rocket. It was a great strike, moving away from the keeper all the time.
