    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield's forward line are harrying the Forest defenders, often forcing them to kick long towards the helpless Lewis Grabban.

If there were a crowd at the City Ground I'd wager they'd be getting a little restless at this display.

  2. Postpublished at 33 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Forest are giving away a hatful of set-pieces which could come back to bite them.

The visitors have certainly been the more dangerous side so far and win yet another corner thanks to work from Alex Pritchard.

  3. CLOSE!published at 30 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

A free-kick routine from the Huddersfield training ground almost comes off!

Karlan Grant fires a low ball across goal and Sammy Ameobi hacks over his own bar for a corner.

  4. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Forest's Joe Lolley whips in a devilish cross against his old side but Huddersfield deal with it and then Sammy Ameobi can't work an opening.

The Terriers try to work something on the break but Alex Pritchard and Lewis O'Brien aren't on the same wavelength.

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Time for the first drinks break at an empty City Ground - midway through the first half.

Danny Cowley will be relatively pleased with how his Huddersfield side have started despite conceding the biggest opportunity of the game so far.

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 21 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Ben Watson is a lucky boy there!

Huddersfield's Alex Pritchard weaves his way into the box and is knocked off balance by the Forest skipper.

No penalty, says referee David Webb despite screams from the visiting players.

The hosts don't exactly look convincing defending two Huddersfield corners but they emerge without giving away any chances.

Forest have hit the post but have otherwise been second best.

  8. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Alex Pritchard works Brice Samba with the free-kick but the Forest keeper comfortably punches clear.

Huddersfield now have a corner, though.

  9. Postpublished at 15 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Forest's Matty Cash has a swipe at Harry Toffolo just outside the box and Huddersfield have a free-kick in a dangerous position.

  10. Postpublished at 12 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield look dangerous down the left - Harry Toffolo dribbles down the left and his cross almost comes to something.

Alex Pritchard tries a shot from the edge of the box but Forest get bodies in the way and prevent any danger.

  11. Postpublished at 9 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

To be honest Sammy Ameobi really should've hit the target with that chance for Forest - and if he had he would almost certainly have put them ahead.

At the other end Alex Pritchard crosses for Huddersfield after a short corner routine, but they can't make anything of it.

  12. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 5 mins

Sammy Ameboi sidefoots against inside of the post and the ball bounces out!

Joe Lolley gets in down the right for Forest and though Lewis Grabban slips at the vital moment in the middle, Ameobi was oh so close to giving Sabri Lamouchi an early anniversary present.

  13. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Huddersfield

The visitors have started reasonably brightly.

Karlan Grant goes on a mazy dribble around the edge of the box but eventually gets crowded out by Forest defenders.

Who will take the bull by the horns here?

Both sets of players and the officials take a knee in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

    And now we're under way.

The sound system at the City Ground is blaring.

The Forest players go into a late huddle - we're just about ready.

If Huddersfield aren't careful they could be staring a second successive relegation in the face.

They had shown positive signs under Danny Cowley but last weekend's home defeat by weekend - coupled with improving results from their fellow strugglers - see the Terriers in the bottom three on goals scored.

Getting any kind of result at the City Ground would be something to build on.

The hosts make one change from the XI that started last weekend’s draw at Sheffield Wednesday, with captain Ben Watson in for Ryan Yates, while Tyler Walker is named among the substitutes.

Demeaco Duhaney, Andy King and Alex Pritchard are recalled to the Huddersfield side, with Danny Simpson, Juninho Bacuna and Emile Smith Rowe dropping out.

Nottm Forest: Samba, Cash, Figueiredo, Worrall, Ribeiro, Watson, Silva, Johnson, Lolley, Ameobi, Grabban.

Huddersfield: Lossl, Toffolo, Hogg, Willock, Stearman, Grant, Pritchard, Schindler, King, Duhaney, O'Brien.

Having once seemed to have a play-off spot in the bag, Nottingham Forest are now just four points above seventh-placed Preston after three games without a win.

Victory today would put them above Fulham but anything less would give the chasing pack hope that there are two play-off spots up for grabs rather than just the one.

Nottm Forest v Huddersfield (14:15 BST)

On 28 June 2019 Nottingham Forest sacked manager Martin O'Neill, announcing former France international Sabri Lamouchi as his replacement 18 minutes later.

The 47-year-old became the club's 13th full-time boss in just over eight turblent years.

Twelve months on and Lamouchi has the Reds dreaming of the Premier League, signing a new deal earlier this month to bring some long-awaited stability at the City Ground.

  20. FT: Bristol City 1-2 Sheff Wedpublished at 14:02 British Summer Time 28 June 2020

The Owls' first away win since January moves them 10 points clear of the relegation zone and only three behind Bristol City.

Now, let's turn our attention to this afternoon's 14:15 BST kick-off in the East Midlands.

I'll hand you over to my rather brilliant colleague James Law, who will describe Nottingham Forest v Huddersfield Town for you. Have a nice afternoon, everyone.
