    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

Two more changes for Middlesbrough - Hayden Coulson and Marcus Tavernier are on for the final 10 minutes or so.

Neil Warnock's final throw of the dice.

Boro will remain in the Championship's bottom three, regardless of the result at The Hawthorns, unless they can find a late goal.

  2. CLOSE!published at 34 mins

    West Brom 1-1 Hull

Against his old club, the Baggies' Kamil Grosicki shoots from a very tight angle, but his effort is saved at the near post by Hull keeper George Long.

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

QPR are about 15 minutes and stoppage time away from their first points since the Championship's resumption. They're looking pretty comfortable.

Rangers have taken off winger Eberechi Eze, who has looked a threat once again today. Really talented player.

  4. CLOSE!published at 29 mins

    West Brom 1-1 Hull

The hosts almost lead for a second time in the game, but a powerful Filip Krovinovic strike from range is blocked on the edge of the box and then, from the rebound, Matheus Pereira's well-struck effort is deflected just over the bar.

Hull look much happier, as the first drinks break comes at The Hawthorns, after Kevin Stewart's equaliser.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 66 mins

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

Middlesbrough's Ravel Morrison - who hasn't scored a goal in English football since April 2014 - tries his luck from 20 yards but his effort flies over.

That's his last act of the game as Neil Warnock makes a triple change.

Off go Morrison, Ashley Fletcher and George Saville. Paddy McNair, Lukas Nmecha and Lewis Wing are on for the hosts.

    Kevin Stewart

Hull are level - this wasn't in the Baggies' script. It's a big goal at both ends of the table!

The hosts' keeper Sam Johnstone can only punch a Hull corner half clear and Kevin Stewart lashes in through a crowd of players to level.

    Game on.

As it stands, the Baggies would move just one point behind leaders Leeds United and five clear of third-placed Brentford, while Hull are one point above the bottom three.

There's a long way to go yet, though.

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

It's pretty stagnant at the Riverside Stadium as we pass the hour mark.

Boro have had a couple of bright moments since the interval, but QPR haven't looked in much danger, to be honest.

  11. Postpublished at 14 mins

    West Brom 1-0 Hull

Hull have responded fairly well to falling behind, with Josh Magennis going close and the Baggies surviving a nervy goalmouth scramble.

  12. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

Great defending from Osman Kakay, who makes things difficult for Britt Assombalonga as a cross comes in from the Middlesbrough right.

Kakay just about gets there first to head behind for a Boro corner.

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

George Saville with one of the most obvious yellow cards of the season.

Eberechi Eze dribbles the ball near halfway and Saville drags on the back of the QPR winger's jersey to prevent him making any further progress.

  14. Postpublished at 7 mins

    West Brom 1-0 Hull

It's not the way Hull wanted to get the first half started. You might have thought they would have some momentum, after dramatically ending their six-month wait for a league win last time out on Thursday.

The Tigers came from behind to beat Middlesbrough 2-1, with Mallik Wilks scoring a stoppage-time winner.

That result moved Grant McCann's side out of the relegation zone, but they're far from out of relegation trouble, and now have an uphill battle on their hands this afternoon against one of the best teams in the league.

    Charlie Austin

The Baggies have a dream start! Charlie Austin - on his 31st birthday - gets his second goal in as many games.

Matheus Pereira's drilled cross from the right deflected to Austin, who chested in down and slammed home. Class finish.

    West Brom 0-0 Hull

With Leeds forging a four-point lead at the top of the Championship and Brentford piling on the pressure behind them, it's absolutely imperative that West Bromwich Albion get three points against lowly Hull today.

It's been a mixed bag from the Baggies since the season resumed - a draw, a loss and then a comfortable win at Sheffield Wednesday last time out.

Slaven Bilic's men have forced consecutive corners early on here against Hull.

    Middlesbrough 0-1 QPR

I've seen another replay of the Jordan Hugill goal during the interval and it's a really special first-time strike.

They're back out for the second half now, with Rangers minus the injured Hugill, of course.

A big 45 minutes for Boro's season and survival prospects ahead.

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 1 min

    West Brom 0-0 Hull

And now here we go. Albion get the game started. Both teams are under big pressure, for very different reasons.

West Brom v Hull (15:00 BST)

The players are out at The Hawthorns, where it seems pretty gusty.

As with all today's games, the players and officials carry out a minute's applause to mark the 72nd birthday of the NHS, before taking a knee on the whistle.
