Swansea City can't afford to slip up again if they're going to reach the Championship play-offs.

Steve Cooper's side moved within a point of the top six when they resumed their Championship season with an excellent 3-0 win at Middlesbrough last month.

But since then, a home loss to Luton and a draw at Millwall has left the Swans seven points adrift, albeit with today's match against Sheffield Wednesday in hand.

With only five games left after this, you suspect Swansea will need to win every single one if they are to have any hope of promotion.

  2. What's at stake today?published at 11:48 British Summer Time 5 July 2020

Today's three second-tier fixtures will have an impact on the play-off race, the relegation fight and - last but not least - the automatic promotion race.

First up, Swansea will bid to keep their play-off hopes intact as they host Sheffield Wednesday in our lunchtime kick-off.

Then Middlesbrough will bid to move out of the relegation zone when they host QPR, before second-placed West Brom host struggling Hull in a huge game for both sides.

Here are the fixtures (all times BST):

    • Swansea City v Sheffield Wednesday (12:00)
    • Middlesbrough v Queens Park Rangers (14:00)
    • West Bromwich Albion v Hull City (15:00)
