    Hull 0-0 Luton

Both managers are shuffling their packs in terms of substitutions, but it's Nathan Jones' Luton who look more like finding a priceless winner.

If they manage to find a goal it'll effectively send Hull down, but the same applies to the Hatters if the hosts can score against the run of play.

    Middlesbrough 0-2 Cardiff

Cardiff goalkeeper Alex Smithies makes a super save to deny Marcus Tavernier and preserve the visitors' two-goal lead.

As things stand, all it would take for Cardiff to be confirmed in a play-off spot would be a Bristol City equaliser.

    Preston 1-0 Birmingham

    Paul Fletcher
    BBC Sport at Deepdale

Bit livelier in the second half at Deepdale, with the goalkeepers a lot more involved.

North End keeper Declan Rudd's one-handed save remains probably the game's outstanding moment but both he and Lee Camp have been busy saving headers from corners.

But the lack of quality in and around the opposition box from both teams - the lack of cutting edge and invention when it is really needed - probably goes a long way to explaining why these teams have won one game between them since football restarted.

  7. CLOSE!published at 16:28 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Hull 0-0 Luton

    Agonising for Luton.

It's a gorgeous cross from James Bree and James Collins is so, so close to getting his head on the end of it.

From the resulting corner Sonny Bradley appeals for handball against a Hull defender before Glen Rea headed over.

  8. goal

  9. goal

GOAL: QPR 3-1 Millwallpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Eberechi Eze (62 mins)

Looks like Millwall will be playing Championship football again next season.

QPR get a third goal, with Eberechi Eze finishing well after he'd been set free down the left side.

    Rangers deserve their two-goal lead.

  10. goal

    Sam Baldock (64 mins)

Reading reduce the deficit to one goal.

Great flowing game of football at Ewood Park.

  11. SUBSTITUTION (Birmingham)published at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

The managerless visitors make an attacking change, as defensive midfielder Ivan Sunjic comes off and winger Jeremie Bela comes on.

    North End still lead.

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:22 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    QPR 2-1 Millwall

The home side should be out of sight.

Ryan Manning sets up Ilias Chair in the box and he should score but he lifts it wide.

QPR have been brilliant this half.

    Hull 0-0 Luton

Elliot Lee takes it for the visitors and it curls not too far over Matt Ingram's bar.

Hull survive, and we're into the final half hour.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    QPR 2-1 Millwall

Ryan Manning is so close to another goal, he's hit a shot from distance but it clips the top of the crossbar.

  17. Postpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Hull 0-0 Luton

This is very tense, with everything that's at stake.

Elliot Lee is scythed down around 25 yards out but Luton retain the ball and are incensed when the referee decides not to give an advantage and instead blow for a free-kick.

Four Luton players are stood over the ball...

  18. Clever Bellingham ambitious yet wastefulpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Preston 1-0 Birmingham

    Paul Fletcher
    BBC Sport at Deepdale

    Jude BellinghamImage source, Getty Images

We've seen glimpses so far of what has persuaded Dortmund to make Jude Bellingham their latest English acquisition. He's tall, strong and rangy for someone who only recently turned 17, he has attempted several clever passes through Preston's defence and taken a lot of the set pieces. Good technique.

On a couple of occasions he has attempted very ambitious passes and just gifted the opposition the ball away.

And just now after Declan Rudd saved that header from Harlee Dean he shot wastefully wide with the rebound. Poor miss.

  19. goal

GOAL: Blackburn 3-1 Readingpublished at 16:17 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Joe Rothwell (56 mins)

Blackburn restore their two-goal lead against Reading.

Joe Rothwell gets the ball from a short corner and his effort deflects into the net.

  20. CLOSE!published at 16:16 British Summer Time 18 July 2020

    Preston 1-0 Birmingham

Birmingham should be level but Harlee Dean's free header from Dan Crowley's excellent cross goes straight at Declan Rudd, who flaps it away.

As the ball lands on the edge of the area, Jude Bellingham lashes just wide. Two chances the Blues will know they should have scored from.
