    Oli McBurnie (33 mins)

    That's even better!

What a fine goal that is! The Blades work an overlap on the left again, Enda Stevens is the man buzzing forwards to clip in a great cross on the run. Oli McBurnie gets in front of Kurt Zouma and buries the header from six yards out.

    Kepa didn't even move.

Superb from Oli McBurnie, he gets a ball hit towards him from the back, turns it into a good one and wins a free-kick. Spot on.

Half an hour played and Dean Henderson has only had to make one save. Chris Wilder will be delighted with that.

    Sheffield United 1-0 Chelsea

Chelsea have offered no real reaction to going behind whatsoever. Very lacklustre stuff so far from the men in blue. Get it to Christian Pulisic, would be my advice.

David McGoldrick's last league goal came at Hull on 22 April, 2019. Worth the wait.

    David McGoldrick (18 mins)

And there we have it! David McGoldrick finally has a goal in the Premier League!

Great pressure from the Blades led to a good ball in from the left which Chelsea never recover from. It comes back in from the right, Oli McBurnie's shot is deflected, Kepa can only spoon it out and McGoldrick is onside and left with a tap-in.

Kepa should have done better there, surely?!

Better form the Blades though as they work nicely up their right-hand side. I still haven't got a handle on Sander Berge, but last time I asked what we was all about he scored one and made another so maybe he'll do the same again.

Chelsea into their rhythm now, they keep the ball for an age looking for an opening, Azpi flies up on the overlap but reminds us all that he's a right-back on the left, slicing a cross into the stands.

Ooooh I don't like the look of that. Andreas Christensen sort of kicks the ground while jockeying David McGoldrick and his ankle moves in all sorts of directions that it's not meant to.

After some magic sponge action though he seems to be OK.

Lovely, lovely ball in on the run by Reece James from right back, Christian Pulisic has followed it in all the way and can only head over. Decent opening once again.

    Sheffield United 0-0 Chelsea

There aren't many better at delivering the ball than Ollie Norwood and his cross is on the money, Dave McGoldrick is on it but his header is deflected over. From the corner, Kepa's punch is awful and Ben Osborn slashes the loose ball high and wide.

    Half a chance that!

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 3 mins

    Sheffield United 0-0 Chelsea

Christian Pulisic's recent form may make him a marked man and George Baldock is in the book very, very early on after bodychecking him. A bit harsh that.

Ross Barkley then fizzes in a low 25-yarder which is easy for Dean Henderson to field. Promising opening tempo to proceedings...

Straight from kick-off the Blades are at it, the classic overlapping centre-back situation as Jack O'Connell flies down the left and fires in a cross which Mason Mount has to clear from his penalty spot.

    Great start.
