  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20 mins

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Wolves try to break with Raul Jimenez lifting it over to Pedro Neto. He goes down under contact from Lucas Digne and the ref brings out a yellow.

He was just caught on the wrong side.

Anthony Gordon looks neat and tidy. He is the player who is going to be closest to Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison for Everton.

I like him and he is keeping some good players on the bench.

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Anthony Gordon spins away nicely in midfield and drives into the space. It comes over to Theo Walcott on the right but his whipped cross rolls through the box, missing Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Gordon gets it back on the edge of the box, turns sharply away from Ruben Neves but his shot is blocked.

Raul Jimenez gets his head on it in midfield and the bounce is awkward for Yerry Mina, who is put under pressure from Daniel Podence.

The Everton defender manages to hook it away and Jimenez is then penalised for a high boot near Anthony Gordon.

Everton are holding a good shape but I don't know if they are going to be able to do this for 90 minutes. They have to be a lot better on the ball when they do get it.

If you are going to play wing-backs is it not a surprise that you don't play Seamus Coleman?

If you are not going to dominate the football you are going to be defending a lot of the time.

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Wolves' first corner of the match.

It's played short to Daniel Podence. He cuts it straight back to Pedro Neto but he isn't on the same wavelength.

Tom Davies read it and gets his body in the way to allow it to roll straight out for a goal kick. Waste!

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Michael Keane tries to pick out Dominic Calvert-Lewin with a long, drilled ball over the top. It curls out and over the touchline and Wolves will switch it around the back from the throw-in.

All very calm at the moment.

Wolves have started on the front foot. I think there are going to be problems down the right for Everton.

I'll be interested to see Theo Walcott, who is a forward, up against Jonny down there.

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Matt Doherty and Leander Dendoncker play a nice one-two on the right and the space opens up for the full-back.

Yerry Mina backs off and Doherty tees himself up to shoot but slips in the process, scuffing his effort harmlessly wide. That was another half chance though.

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Ruben Neves overcooks the pass, looking for the run of Daniel Podence. Jonny won't reach it and Theo Walcott boots it away.

Wolves enjoying a spell of possession at the moment.

It looks like Everton are playing wing-backs. They have matched up with Wolves with Theo Walcott doing that role on the right.

That was a good ball from Walcott. The angle was always against Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

    Wolves 0-0 Everton

Wolves are moving the ball around nicely in these early stages. Daniel Podence makes a decent run in behind Michael Keane but he drags the shot from a tight angle.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin does the exact same up the other end, but from the right side of the box. Both keepers get their hands on the ball comfortably.

Jonny is beaten to a loose ball in midfield by Richarlison but Daniel Podence quickly wins it back for Wolves.

It's spread across midfield and comes over to Leander Dendoncker.
