Re: Moyes complaining Ole was given the time he wasn't. Please compare some of our performances this season against Liverpool and City with the humiliation we constantly suffered when you managed United. Two 0-3 defeats at OT, with practically zero goal chances in each. Please cease your whining and accept you were not good enough. Enough is enough.

Can I just say how outstanding Manchester United's youngsters are. Without Rashford, Martial and Greenwood. Man United would be in pieces. OUTSTANDING

David Moyes can win three successive Premier League fixtures as a manager for the first time since a run of four in December 2013 when he was in charge of Manchester United. That streak included a 3-1 victory against West Ham at Old Trafford.

Fran Gunn: Finally giving wan-bissaka a rest. But he should have dropped De Gea and shown him he is willing to do it. Romero deserves a chance to play since Ole didn’t have any faith to play him the FA semi.

Dave Knock: mustn't be overlooked the damage dropping De Gea could do to his transfer value. Ole may well not intend to sell him. But if he does he mustn't give that appearance; so he plays.

The warm-ups are drawing to a conclusion at a mild Old Trafford. Manchester United are unbeaten in 12 Premier League matches (W8-D4-L0), since a 2-0 defeat against Burnley on 22 January. The Red Devils have not had a longer PL unbeaten run since October 2016 to April 2017 under José Mourinho (25, W13-D12-L0).

Both Anthony Martial (11) and Marcus Rashford (12) have reached double figures in the Premier League for Manchester United at Old Trafford this season, only the third time more than one player has done so for the club in a season; it also happened in 2007-08 (Tevez and Ronaldo) and 1999-00 (Solskjaer, Yorke, Cole).

Amrul C: Fabianski to have an absolute blinder at Old Trafford. Man Utd need an early goal.

Mark from Stockport: Re Josh 1710...I get where you are coming from but is David going to let Ole know when he is going to stop making errors? The only way to do this is to play him and this will hopefully give him the confidence to repay Ole's confidence in him

    Mark Lawrenson
    Ex-Liverpool defender

Manchester United are at home, against a West Ham side who know they are not getting relegated because of their goal difference.

I just think Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will be completely focused on victory because we know what is at stake.

I know they didn't play well at Wembley on Sunday but he left one or two out for that game, and he will pick his strongest line-up here.

I don't think that should include David de Gea, though. I feel sorry for him because he has been an absolutely top-class keeper for several years but he is making too many mistakes and he needs to be taken out of the fray.

If you are a goalkeeper and your confidence has been shot away, you cannot be risked.

    Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Unless they record a three-goal victory tonight, it makes very little difference whether Manchester United win or draw tonight. Either will be enough to ensure they go into their last-day trip to Leicester knowing a point will be enough to seal a place in next season's Champions League.

As for West Ham, they are virtually safe, as only some big scorelines against them in their last two games could cost them a place in the Premier League. A draw would make absolutely certain.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says finally being able to lift the Premier League trophy will be "like Christmas".

The Reds will be presented with the long-awaited silverware following their league match with Chelsea at Anfield on Wednesday.

"It's been a really long run-up to this. We have been champions for a month now," said Klopp.

"It's a bit like Christmas - you know you're getting a specific present but you are still excited."

I like Solskjaer but he's proper embarrassing at times like this. You don't start a goalkeeper who's regularly making howlers when you're in a competitive race to qualify for the Champions League. Romero is so underrated and should be our starting GK atm until De Gea cuts out these awful mistakes.

This will be only David Moyes’ second away Premier League match at Old Trafford since leaving the club in April 2014, losing 3-1 with Sunderland in December 2016. The last former Man Utd manager to win away at Old Trafford in a top-flight match was Dave Sexton in March 1982 with Coventry City.

It is not a surprise David de Gea starts for Manchester United this evening.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would have known it would be a major call to drop his goalkeeper and - like Sir Alex Ferguson - is not prone to hanging his players out like that.

However, after his clanger at Wembley on Sunday, it is fair to say De Gea is under pressure.

He could do with a quiet night.
