    Celtic 1-2 Ferencvaros

Ferencvaros are very well drilled at the back. They're dealing with every Celtic ball that makes its way into their box.

There are going to be FIVE MINUTES of stoppage time.

It's do or die for Celtic in the Champions League.

I'm always anxious when Celtic play in Europe because of the defending. You cannot give away those type of goals in games like this. When it's tight like this you need to be concentrated,

    Celtic 1-2 Ferencvaros

Incredibly frustrating for Celtic, as another ball goes across the six yard box with no takers.

It's lovely play by Jeremie Frimpong to get down the right-hand side, and he slips in Ryan Christie who rifles it across the box, but Elyounoussi can't get a touch.

Olivier Ntcham then forces a save from Dibusz. Celtic need more of that.

There's some pinball in the box, but Scott Brown is penalised for a high boot as he attempts an acrobatic volley.

Great play by James Forrest as he frees himself in the box. He smashes the ball across the six yard box but there are no takers.

It's his last act as Albian Ajeti replaces him. Jeremie Frimpong also comes on for Elhamed.

It's poor defending from Elhamed. You can see he's in a half decent position and hes got a chance to take Nguen down. I'm looking at the goalkepeer as well thinking how has he squeezed past him

GOAL - Celtic 1-2 Ferencvarospublished at 74 mins

    Tokmac Nguen

    Disaster for Celtic.

Tokmac Nguen is played through, and Hatem Elhamed hesitates to put in a challenge in case he brings the striker down.

The result, though, is the Ferencvaros striker squeezes the ball into the bottom corner from an extremely tight angle. Another impressive finish.

Well this one’s fascinatingly poised with 20 minutes to go.

Celtic got their goal back and hit the crossbar but just can’t find that extra bit of quality to get their noses in front, despite dominating the ball.

Barkas in the home goal has had literally nothing to do this half. If Celtic can defend well, you sense there will be more chances for them up the other end as the night wears on.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 71 mins

    Celtic 1-1 Ferencvaros

Ferencvaros' top scorer from last season Franck Boli is on the pitch. He's just replaced Isael.

Celtic have dropped the pace. Time for a change, maybe?

  18. YELLOW CARD - Blazic (Ferencvaros)published at 21:08 British Summer Time 26 August 2020

Blazic trips Mohamed Elyounoussi and gets booked. There's been a bit of a lull in the last few minutes. Celtic will want to keep the pressure on.

  19. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 64 mins

    Celtic 1-1 Ferencvaros

Mohamed Elyounoussi has the ball in the net, but it's ruled offside. It is INCREDIBLY tight.

What a pass by Greg Taylor. The TV replay is pretty inconclusive from the angle shown.

The flag was up very early, before the Norwegian had chipped the goalkeeper.

  20. YELLOW CARD - Brown (Celtic)published at 62 mins

    Celtic 1-1 Ferencvaros

Scott Brown goes into the referee's little black book for a tackle on David Siger.
