  1. CLOSE!published at 25 mins

    Livingston 1-0 Hamilton Accies

What a chance for Marvin Bartley!

The ball pops up for the midfielder in the box after a corner is swung in, but his close range header is straight at Ryan Fulton.

If it goes a yard either side it's a goal!

  2. Injury number three for Rangerspublished at 24 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Dundee United

And it's another player forced off for Rangers.

Leon Balogun had to be switched out before kick off, Ryan Jack then hobbled down the tunnel just moments before Steven Gerrard's side took the lead.

However, the Rangers manager has another headache with Brandon Barker doing likewise. The forward pulled up while chasing down a ball. Alfredo Morelos is getting stripped to come on.

  3. Livingston 1-0 Hamilton Acciespublished at 24 mins

In the past few minutes Accies have started to get more of a foothold in the game after a frantic opening, but any openings they've had have been squandered as Marios Ogkmpoe lashes a long range volley well wide.

The striker had plenty of time to make a better decision.

  4. CLOSE!published at 23 mins

    Motherwell 1-0 St Johnstone

That was a great chance for St Johnstone to equalise. Rickie Lamie underhits a back pass, and Michael O'Halloran races onto the ball, only to hit the side-netting with his effort.

It was from a tight angle, to be fair.

  5. Private Ryan On Targetpublished at 15:22

    Rangers 1-0 Dundee United

First blood for Rangers at Ibrox, courtesy of Ryan Kent's strike.

  6. Jack forced off at Ibroxpublished at 19 mins

    Rangers 1-0 Dundee United

Early change for Rangers. Ryan jack has been forced off. Glen Kamara gets the call and he makes his way into the home side's midfield.

  7. goal

GOAL Ross County 0-2 Celticpublished at 15:20 British Summer Time 12 September 2020

    Albian Ajeti

    Celtic goal

The Swiss striker marks his first Celtic start with a close-range finish.

County make a mess of trying to clear Callum McGregor's free-kick into the box, and Ajeti pounces to rifle home his third goal in his third Premiership outing.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 18 mins

    Ross County 0-1 Celtic

County so close to a leveller! Iain Vigurs curls in a free-kick from the right touchline that takes a bounce before rattling off the upright.

It looks like Vasiliis Barkas got the faintest of touches on the ball, so it has to go down as a cracking save from the Celtic keeper.

Connor Randall then sends a drive whistling past post. Celtic a goal to the good but living dangerously.

  9. Dons goal triggers applause...published at 15:19

    Aberdeen 1-0 Kilmarnock

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Aberdeen's opener greeted by a rapturous round of applause from the 300 fans in attendance.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 18 mins

    Livingston 1-0 Hamilton Accies

Livingston almost double their advantage as Alan Forrest cuts in from the left and bends a shot towards goal, but Ryan Fulton does well to parry the ball away.

  11. goal

GOAL St Mirren 0-2 Hibernianpublished at 18 mins

    Joe Newell

Not much Zlamal can do about that one.

Hibernian again break down the right through Martin Boyle. He picks his head up and lays it back to Joe Newell, arriving on the edge of the box. He steps up to it and simply strokes it into the far corner.

All a bit easy for the visitors so far.

  12. Postpublished at 15:17 British Summer Time 12 September 2020

    Ross County 0-1 Celtic

Nervy moment for Celtic debutant Shane Duffy. A punt upfield isn't dealt with by and Billy Mckay sneaks in on Duffy's blindside to bear down on goal.

Duffy tries to make amends with a despairing slide tackle, but a raised offside flag spares his blushes.

Vasilis Barkas then makes a comfortable save low to his left from a speculative Iain Vigurs free-kick.

  13. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 1-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 16 mins

    McCrorie

Ross McCrorie scores his first goal since signing for Aberdeen.

Good play from Scott Wright who gets down the wing and picks McCrorie out in the box, and the on-loan Rangers midfielder side-foots the ball inside the post.

  14. Livingston 1-0 Hamilton Acciespublished at 16 mins

    Wow, that would've been comical.

Efe Ambrose plays a looping unorthodox back pass to Robby McCrorie in the Livingston goal but the Rangers loanee does well to control the ball before having to put a tackle in that a centre-half would be proud of!

  15. Aberdeen almost score direct from a cornerpublished at 16 mins

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

Almost a goal directly from a corner kick for Aberdeen.

The in-swinging effort from Ryan Hedges has to be punched off the line by Kilmarnock goalkeeper and former Don Danny Rogers.

Hard to tell if Hedges meant it or not...

  16. goal

GOAL St Mirren 0-1 Hibernianpublished at 15 mins

    Kevin Nisbet

Not a great start to life in Paisley for Bobby Zlamal.

Paul McGinn rolls a cross along the six yard box which manages to evade two St Mirren defenders and find the knee of Kevin Nisbet. It bounces off him and rolls under the trailing leg of Zlamal, who had gone down quite early.

  17. goal

GOAL Rangers 1-0 Dundee Unitedpublished at 14 mins

    Ryan Kent

A classy goal from Rangers opens the scoring here. Ryan Kent plays a one-two with Ianis Hagi on the edge of the area. The return trundles through the legs of Lewis Neilson back to Kent, who, with a trick or two, buys himself space to crash in a low shot under Benjamin Siegrist.

Just when Rangers had to adapt to losing Ryan Jack to injury - with Glen Kamara coming on - they respond with a goal.

  18. 'Slick stuff from both sides'published at 15:11

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

    Quote Message

It's been quite a lively start from both sides. Kilmarnock were the first to threaten, but the home side have grown into it. There hasn't been any real stuff to threaten either goalkeeper but there has been some pretty slick stuff from both sides.

  19. CLOSE!published at 10 mins

    Livingston 1-0 Hamilton Accies

The visitors come close to an equaliser as David Templeton tries to catch Robby McCrorie out at his near post with a close range free-kick, but the effort goes just wide.

    Good game here.

  20. Rangers 0-0 Dundee Unitedpublished at 7 mins

Nothing to report from Ibrox so far. Most of the ball is being played in the Rangers half with United pressing high. Both teams have yet to settle...
