Leon Balogun had to be switched out before kick off, Ryan Jack then hobbled down the tunnel just moments before Steven Gerrard's side took the lead.
However, the Rangers manager has another headache with Brandon Barker doing likewise. The forward pulled up while chasing down a ball. Alfredo Morelos is getting stripped to come on.
In the past few minutes Accies have started to get more of a foothold in the game after a frantic opening, but any openings they've had have been squandered as Marios Ogkmpoe lashes a long range volley well wide.
The striker had plenty of time to make a better decision.

That was a great chance for St Johnstone to equalise. Rickie Lamie underhits a back pass, and Michael O'Halloran races onto the ball, only to hit the side-netting with his effort.
It was from a tight angle, to be fair.

The Swiss striker marks his first Celtic start with a close-range finish.
County make a mess of trying to clear Callum McGregor's free-kick into the box, and Ajeti pounces to rifle home his third goal in his third Premiership outing.
Ross County 0-1 Celtic
County so close to a leveller! Iain Vigurs curls in a free-kick from the right touchline that takes a bounce before rattling off the upright.
It looks like Vasiliis Barkas got the faintest of touches on the ball, so it has to go down as a cracking save from the Celtic keeper.
Connor Randall then sends a drive whistling past post. Celtic a goal to the good but living dangerously.

Livingston almost double their advantage as Alan Forrest cuts in from the left and bends a shot towards goal, but Ryan Fulton does well to parry the ball away.

Not much Zlamal can do about that one.
Hibernian again break down the right through Martin Boyle. He picks his head up and lays it back to Joe Newell, arriving on the edge of the box. He steps up to it and simply strokes it into the far corner.
All a bit easy for the visitors so far.

Nervy moment for Celtic debutant Shane Duffy. A punt upfield isn't dealt with by and Billy Mckay sneaks in on Duffy's blindside to bear down on goal.
Duffy tries to make amends with a despairing slide tackle, but a raised offside flag spares his blushes.
Vasilis Barkas then makes a comfortable save low to his left from a speculative Iain Vigurs free-kick.
McCrorie
Ross McCrorie scores his first goal since signing for Aberdeen.
Good play from Scott Wright who gets down the wing and picks McCrorie out in the box, and the on-loan Rangers midfielder side-foots the ball inside the post.

Efe Ambrose plays a looping unorthodox back pass to Robby McCrorie in the Livingston goal but the Rangers loanee does well to control the ball before having to put a tackle in that a centre-half would be proud of!
Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock
Almost a goal directly from a corner kick for Aberdeen.
The in-swinging effort from Ryan Hedges has to be punched off the line by Kilmarnock goalkeeper and former Don Danny Rogers.
Hard to tell if Hedges meant it or not...

Not a great start to life in Paisley for Bobby Zlamal.
Paul McGinn rolls a cross along the six yard box which manages to evade two St Mirren defenders and find the knee of Kevin Nisbet. It bounces off him and rolls under the trailing leg of Zlamal, who had gone down quite early.

A classy goal from Rangers opens the scoring here. Ryan Kent plays a one-two with Ianis Hagi on the edge of the area. The return trundles through the legs of Lewis Neilson back to Kent, who, with a trick or two, buys himself space to crash in a low shot under Benjamin Siegrist.
Just when Rangers had to adapt to losing Ryan Jack to injury - with Glen Kamara coming on - they respond with a goal.
