Liverpool are looking sharp. Just a friendly reminder that they finished 5th in the league in 2005...we all know what happened in the Champions League that year...

    RB Leipzig 0-0 Liverpool

Having just seen the Liverpool disallowed goal again it's an unbelievable spot/guess from the linesman.

    Barcelona 1-1 Paris St-Germain

    John Southall
BBC Radio 5 live football reporter

These games are so hyped up and sometimes they disappoint, but not this one. It's been absolutely terrific in the first half. Two of the star attractions in Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe with the goals. The only surprise here is that it's still only 1-1.

  12. Postpublished at 20:51 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February 2021

    RB Leipzig 0-0 Liverpool

It's 58% possession for Liverpool in the first half and they lead the shot count 8-4. They've looked good.

  13. 'Liverpool dominant'published at 20:49 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February 2021

    HT: RB Leipzig 0-0 Liverpool

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Aston Villa and Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

The main threat for RB Leipzig has been Angelino down that left hand side for Leipzig - but Liverpool have dominated since the first 5-10 minutes. They've been on top of their formation of Leipzig, they've caused problems and looked dangerous on the break.

That goal will come for Liverpool in the second half if they keep on at that pace. Leipzig are struggling and they don't know what to do with this Liverpool team.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February 2021

    Barcelona 1-1 Paris St-Germain

End to end action at the Nou Camp, it's a wonder we only have a goal apiece.

I think this is PSG and Poch's year in the Champions League. Mbappe is just a different gravy out there.
