Hang on, a fax machine is wirring into life in Germany...
Spare a thought for the humble fax machine.
Today is their day to shine but at the moment they are sitting, unloved, in the corner of football stadia offices across the country.
Can someone just sign someone please?

It's been a very quiet Transfer Deadline Day.
The thing to remember is that the deadline for international deals which includes between Premier League clubs closes at 23:00 BST tonight, but there is a domestic deadline that is extended until October 16 for deals between Premier League clubs and EFL clubs for loans and permanent deals so there's not necessarily the same level of pressure as you'd normally expect on a deadline day.

There is an exemption for professional athletes allowing them to move from one Covid-restricted bubble to another, which is effectively what they are doing if they are moving from one club to another. So I do not think that the Covid restrictions will stop deals from going through. The most likely impact of Covid on transfers will be on a club's finances and their ability to fund a deal.
Separately, Raheem Sterling has withdrawn from the England squad for the matches with Wales, Belgium and Denmark through injury.
The Manchester City forward sustained the problem during Manchester City's 1-1 draw with Leeds on Saturday.
Chelsea defender Reece James has received his first senior call-up.
Tammy Abraham, Ben Chilwell and Jadon Sancho have had their arrivals to the England camp delayed to "allow time to gather further information of a social gathering that all three players reportedly attended over the weekend", the Football Association has announced.
Sheffield United
Sam Parry, DEM Blades:
The Blades have made a poor start to the season, and signings made by Chris Wilder seem to improve the squad but not a starting 11, who finished last year in ninth place.
Rhian Brewster is the exception to that rule, a club record £23m outlay has bought a player with goalscoring pedigree, albeit in the league below.
However, the big question on deadline day, is whether Wilder can bring in the creative midfielder who can create chances for our strikers, who have only registered a single goal this season.
The other problem is the long-term injury to Jack O'Connell, arguably our best defender. As the clock ticks, it looks more and more likely that we will make do with what we have.

There is a general negativity surrounding Manchester United that wasn't helped by losing 6-1 yesterday.
Almost anything that happens (today) will be viewed in a negative light.
If Edinson Cavani signs people will say 'you could have had him months ago, he's not played since March, why do you want a 33-year-old?'.
Manchester United need more options and can't get the player (Jadon Sancho) they want.

The player Hertha Berlin are teasing us with on their Twitter account is of course Arsenal's Mateo Guendouzi, who is very close to completing a move to the German capital on loan.
The France Under 21 head coach Sylvian Ripoll confirmed this afternoon that Guendouzi had been allowed time away to complete the move, before joining back up with his squad tonight.
It's a great chance for Guendouzi to reignite his career after his game time at Arsenal ground to a halt under Mikel Arteta after a bad-tempered game v Brighton.
Like for so many English youngsters, the Bundesliga seems the place to be for promising young French talent.
Not a lot, basically.
Defender Ben Godfrey has completed his move to Everton from Norwich but otherwise we are waiting for deals to happen in the Premier League.
A reminder that the window closes at 23:00 BST.
That deadline is for all international registrations in England, 17:00 BST on 16 October is the deadline for domestic deals between Premier League and EFL clubs.
Simon Stone is live at the top of the page with all the latest deadline day news, and he is answering some of the questions you have sent us as welll.
Just press play.

Swansea City winger Kristoffer Peterson has joined Fortuna Dusseldorf for around £400,000 plus add-ons.
Peterson, 25, made only 12 Swansea appearances - scoring once - after joining from Heracles for £500,000 rising to £1m in August 2019.
The Sweden international spent the second half of 2019-20 on loan at former club Utrecht.
Petersen featured only once for Swansea in 2020-21, in the EFL Cup defeat by Newport County.
