Sheffield United respond with their own first attempt at goal as John Lundstram finds space 25 yards from goal and works the Fulham keeper with a drive he has to tip over.

"Away!" is the call from the corner and Ola Aina obliges with a header.

First effort at goal and it is a decent one. Fulham have a little period of possession and pressure that ends with Tom Cairney striking from distance and drawing a decent diving save from Aaron Ramsdale.

The resulting corner is nodded away by Oli McBurnie.

It is all a bit frantic. Neither side willing to give the other any time on the ball.

Sheffield United have a man down early on after crashing in to a challenge. It is Max Lowe, on debut. I think he's taken a blow to the jaw after accidentally running into Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Like charging chin first into a fridge.

Eight games between them, but zero points on the board. Something has to give today.

I am going with Sheffield United to edge it. They deserved something from their performance against Arsenal last time out and I just think their manager, Chris Wilder, will really have them ready for this one.
