    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle 's Jacob Murphy talking to MOTD: "I peeped round the wall and saw the bottom corner was open. Did some research and saw anything low and hard had half a chance.

"It was massive for me, my only other goal was a consolation goal. I enjoyed playing wing back. I new the job and thought I carried it out pretty well.

"It was a really dogged performance."

Steven: Bruce bores me to tears but credit where its due, Wolves are a good side. Thats a good point, like against Spurs, negative but effective

Newcastle showed what we can do if we try to get forward, next step is to try and win rather than not losing

  3. 'We're trying to change'published at 18:49 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle manager Steve Bruce on BBC Sport: "We didn't have any natural midfield players who want to win the ball back today. We have to defend better than we have done of late, we have to be hard to beat.

"It was hard work but that's the Premier League. Almiron does the hard work, it's very hard for me to leave him out, he's a manager's delight. He ran himself to a standstill.

"We are trying to find a balance to the team, it won't happen overnight but we are trying to change the way we play."

  4. 'We had enough'published at 18:47 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo to BBC Sport: "Set-pieces are very important and you need to organise well. We had enough, we should manage the game better when we were winning.

"We were patient, we were a threat, we didn't concede many chances and it is a game that we should finish with a victory.

"The mistake is that we need to be more clinical, we had many chances but we did not test the goalkeeper too many times. We were the better team."

    Arsenal v Leicester (19:15 BST)

Teams are warming up at the Emirates.

Youri Tielemans is doing some stretches alongside James Maddison and singing along to a bit of Franglish.

    Very relaxed.

  6. 'There was a certain resilience about us'published at 18:42 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Newcastle United

Newcastle boss Steve Bruce talking to Sky Sports: "There wasn't much in it. We are delighted to take a point in difficult circumstances and very pleased for Jacob, who has been knocking on the door all season. I am delighted for him.

"You can have as many attackers as you want but you have to get the ball. We haven't anyone natural in the front six to go and get the ball. There was a certain resilience about us."

  7. 'Going for a Gunners win'published at 18:39 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Arsenal v Leicester (19:15 GMT)

    Mark Lawrenson
    Ex-Liverpool defender

This is a good time for Arsenal to play Leicester, who have lost their past two league matches.

The Foxes still have injury concerns over Jamie Vardy and they will definitely be without a couple of other key players in Caglar Soyuncu and Wilfred Ndidi. I'm going for a Gunners win.

    Prediction: 2-1

  8. 'The ball cannot go in'published at 18:36 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Wolves

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo to Sky Sports: "We started very well, we had mobility and situations with good posession but we slowed down a little bit. Newcastle were well organised but didn't create too much.

"We were without problems until we got the goal we deserved, and then we should manage the game better. I have to see the Newcastle goal again but the ball cannot go on that side of the wall, it cannot go in.

"Raul's goal was a good goal. I wish we could always play good for 90 minutes. We need to be sharper and improve our final delivery."

  10. 'Barnes is not an out and out forward'published at 18:33 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Arsenal v Leicester (19:15 GMT)

    Matt Upson
Former England and West Ham defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Harvey Barnes' experience of playing that centre-forward role is limited, he's not an out and out forward, he's been good coming in from a wide area. There might be a player or two just slightly out of position, whether that is because of injuries or changes in formation or new players coming into the team, so it's part of adapting and he's possibly going to have to adapt to that number nine role this evening. It will be different for him and for Leicester.

    Arsenal v Leicester (19:15 GMT)

    Arsenal

    Arsenal XI

Arsenal go back to 'full strength' after the midweek win in Vienna.

Hector Bellerin, Kieran Tierney, Dani Ceballos, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Granit Xhaka all return.

England's left-back plays on the right wing which feels very apt for 2020.

Arsenal XI: Leno, Bellerin, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney, Ceballos, Xhaka, Partey, Saka, Aubameyang, Lacazette.

    Leicester XIImage source, BBC Sport

Looks like a change to a back three for Leicester, who don't have a proper striker in their side. Jamie Vardy is fit enough for the bench though after a few games out with a calf injury.

It's a first Premier League start of the season for James Maddison. He and Harvey Barnes were both excellent in Europe.

Leicester XI: Schmeichel, Castagne, Fofana, Evans, Fuchs, Justin, Tielemans, Mendy, Praet, Maddison, Barnes.

  14. 'Wolves will be hugely disappointed'published at 18:23 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    FT: Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Wolves will be disappointed with that they were the better team. But we have to give credit to Steve Bruce and Newcastle I thought they were excellent and the game plan worked to a tee. Wolves will be hugely disappointed you can see it in the players' faces as they're walking off the pitch. Especially Rui Patricio, he knows he's made a huge mistake for his team.

  17. 'Poor goalkeeping'published at 18:18 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020

    Wolves 1-1 Newcastle

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Jacob Murphy has bent it around the wall, it's poor goalkeeping. Rui Patricio will be really disappointed with that - once you get there as a keeper and get full contact on the ball you should be keeping it out.

  18. Partey starts, Vardy benchedpublished at 18:15 Greenwich Mean Time 25 October 2020
    Breaking

    Arsenal v Leicester (19:15 GMT)

    Arsenal

Both these sides were in Europa League action but only Arsenal are rotating. Captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is back in one of five changes for the Gunners - new boy Thomas Partey starts in midfield.

Leicester make just one change from Thursday as full-back James Justin replaces striker Kelechi Iheanacho. Jamie Vardy is on the bench.

    Full line-ups to come.

GOAL - Wolves 1-1 Newcastlepublished at 88 mins

    Jacob Murphy

And Newcastle snatch a point late on!

Conor Coady's push on Callum Wilson proves very costly.

Three Newcastle men are around the ball, it looks like Miguel Almiron is shaping up to strike it but in comes Jacob Murphy with a cleverly-disguised run to curl a delightful free-kick round the outside of the wall and into the net.

Question marks over Rui Patricio's masonry-work there.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 87 mins

    Change for Newcastle.

Andy Carroll on for Jamaal Lascelles.
