Josh: Seven games in and one point on the league table and barely looking capable of scoring more than once a game, it is safe to say that poor recruitment over the last transfer window has ensured that Sheffield United are experiencing the infamous “second season syndrome” so far.

You know your luck is out when you concede a goal like that...
Max Lowe makes a tackle in midfield, the ball cannons off N'Golo Kante and in behind the Sheffield United defence, playing Timo Werner in on goal.
He's central again, doesn't even look up and smashes in a right-footed shot from the edge of the area. Clinical stuff!

He's in on goal, the ball bounces high and he lobs Aaron Ramsdale...but the ball drifts just wide. May have kissed the post on the way out.
