Wales are far too deep, Kieffer Moore has no one around him, you want to see Harry Wilson not drop back in but I know he's probably been told to do you.

Matondo has looked lively but there has not been enough chances.

That's it for the first 45 minutes folks - USA on top but Danny Ward in the Wales goal hasn't had to do anything spectacular to keep his clean sheet so far.

Late worry for Wales as USA's Sebastian Lletget tries a cheeky back-heel only for the chance to be smothered by Tom Lawrence, who I think knew little about it but got his positioning spot on.

Rabbi Matondo looks a real threat with the ball at his feet and has probably edged it as Wales' best player of the half, but each time he looks up for a team-mate to play through there's very few options.

Tom Lawrence works a cross in from the right but it's just behind Kieffer Moore and he can only deflect it away from the USA goal instead.

Corner for USA is an out-swinger by Sebastian Lletget but well dealt with by Kieffer Moore. The 1.96m forward really has become a vital part of this Wales team at both ends of the pitch.

Wales counter swiftly and work it to Kieffer Moore in the left channel, firing off Wales' first shot at goal that Zack Steffen saves comfortably at his near post.
