  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 90+5 mins

    Bournemouth 4-2 Reading

Great save by Asmir Begovic. Sam Baldock had a shot for Reading, it was blocked and the rebound shot by Michael Olise saved.

  2. Postpublished at 90+4 mins

    Bournemouth 4-2 Reading

Omar Richards soars a shot over the bar for Reading. No joy.

This is one of those games where I wish I'd had a quid on a Bournemouth win at half-time. You'll lose more than you win with that I reckon, but still.

Jefferson Lerma off and Nnamdi Ofoborh is on for the Cherries.

Credit to Veljko Paunovic. Still up and coaxing his team on.

Rafael, what are you thinking mate?

The Reading keeper just needs to clatter away the ball into the channels which was pumped forward.

He doesn't. He take a leaf out of Rene Higuita's book, circa Italia '90, suddenly fancying himself as Xavi, tries to play his way out of danger.

Instead, gives it to Dominic Solanke, tries to wrap himself around the striker's legs and then watches on as the Bournemouth forward smashes it brilliantly into the empty net.

Rafael rather than apologise, bleats to the ref. No one is listening. Bournemouth definitely heading top.

    Bournemouth 3-2 Reading

Frustrations evident for Reading as Josh Laurent leaves his imprint on Jefferson Lerma.

It was a bit like Mortal Kombat actually on the replay, high kicking each other and Lerma came off worse.

  5. Early kick-offs updatepublished at 14:16 Greenwich Mean Time 21 November 2020

Gillingham 0-0 Charlton, Crawley 0-1 Carlisle

Deadlock broken in League Two where Rhys Bennett has given Carlisle the lead at Crawley, tapping in from close range after home keeper Glenn Morris had made a double save.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 85 mins

    Bournemouth 3-2 Reading

Asmir Begovic's sprawling effort sees him somehow spurn Reading as a header bounced viciously toward the corner.

Superb. Got him a bloodied nose for his trouble. He'll take that if they win. Goal technology backs him up too.

  7. Postpublished at 83 mins

    Bournemouth 3-2 Reading

Josh Laurent drives forward for Reading but his cross is blocked.

That's now the fourth game in a row that the Royals have conceded three goals, by the way.

David Brooks off for Jack Simpson for Bournemouth.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 79 mins

    Bournemouth 3-2 Reading

Rodrigo Riquelme comes on for the Cherries, Junior Stanislas is off.

    Some turnaround this.

Sam Baldock on for Alfa Semedo for Reading.

    Lewis Cook

    WALLOP. WHAT A BLOOMIN' GOAL.

Lewis Cook unleashes, and I mean UNLEASHES, a venomous dipping scorcher from the edge of the box, barely a backlift in it, and it zooms off his boot in off the bar.

Honestly. The goal equivalent of a Lebanese mixed grill.

  10. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

Comedy moment, though not if you're Veljko Paunovic.

Reading get a free-kick on the edge of the box and the short routine is read by Lewis Cook and Bournemouth break. Just passed it straight to him. Shambles.

Omar Richards needs to be alert to cut out the danger, as neither sides takes advantage of the situation.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 74 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

Ovie Ejaria off, and Yakou Meite on for Reading.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 74 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

Michael Olise released down the right and set sights for the box and was chopped down by fellow wideman Arnaut Danjuma. Booked.

Right on the cusp of the box... Reading fancy this.

  13. Postpublished at 72 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

Lovely move by Bournemouth as Dominic Solanke wins the ball in the space between defence and midfield and heads towards the box, and it breaks to Jack Stacey.

His low cross is turned behind. Bournemouth mobbing the Reading box now.

  14. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

It's getting a bit naughty in midfield, counterbalanced by some delightful one-touch tidiness.

Tackles rapping in, crunching 50-50s all over the shop.

It's been a really good game.

Reading look dangerous when their midfield runners get forward and drive at the defence - Josh Laurent and Ovie Ejaria in particular.

Bournemouth's threat coming from the skilful David Brooks and Arnaut Danjuma around the box.

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

Ovie Ejaria languidly skips down the left and bamboozles the Bournemouth defence but his cross is hooked away by Steve Cook.

Still the blue and white wave comes. The visitors have regrouped now having seen their lead wiped out.

  16. Postpublished at 66 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

More mesmerising footwork by Lucas Joao as he's picked out on the edge of the Bournemouth box, but the Reading striker fires straight at Asmir Begovic.

Really opening up. Certainly not one-way traffic.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 64 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

The right side for Reading has been subbed, Sone Aluko and Tomas Esteves bringing on Michael Olise and Thomas Holmes.

  18. Postpublished at 63 mins

    Bournemouth 2-2 Reading

It's as if someone got out the jump leads and shocked this Bournemouth side into life because now they're playing with real fire.

It all looked so comfy for Reading but now it's all square. No containment now, it's got to be positive again.

They almost were then, Sone Aluko overruns a ball in behind which gives Asmir Begovic chance to recover.

    Open and lively now.

  19. goal

    Arnaut Danjuma

    Boy, are Bournemouth pumped now!

They've been whizzing the ball about with pace and incisiveness on the back of that first goal and they get another reward shortly after.

David Brooks drifts across the box with menace and sends a slide rule pass in behind, which Arnaut Danjuma tracks with a diagonal run.

Danjuma keeps his cool and slots past Rafael with poise.

    LEVEL. What a turnaround.

  20. goal

GOAL: Bournemouth 1-2 Readingpublished at 56 mins

    Dominic Solanke

Really superb goal this, and finally some pressure tells.

It's a diagonal ball out to the left and a super dummy by Arnaut Danjuma sees the ball roll through to the full-back Lloyd Kelly who had bombed forward.

His swinging, teasing and curling cross bends deliciously into the path of Dominic Solanke, who buried it into the roof of the net.

    Glorious goal.
