FT: St Mirren 3-1 Aberdeen

On his winning goal: "I have to shoot more often. I was turning back after I hit it then I saw it drift in!"
The draw for the last eight will take place tomorrow following Rangers' visit to Falkirk.
Sunday's other tie is at Celtic Park, with Ross County visiting the trophy holders.
So, St Mirren join Hibernian, St Johnstone, Livingston, Dunfermline Athletic and Alloa Athletic in the League Cup quarter-finals.

Joe Lewis cuts a dejected figure at full-time
St Mirren have done it following that late blunder from Aberdeen keeper Joe Lewis.
Over the course of the game, you'd have to say it is deserved. The home side created several good chances, while the visitors were jammy to be level at the break and didn't offer much in the second half either.
St Mirren 2-1 Aberdeen
Two minutes of stoppage time for the Buddies to negotiate.
St Mirren 2-1 Aberdeen
With just a couple of minutes left, Aberdeen throw on striker Ryan Edmondson for midfielder Dean Campbell.
Jamie McGrath
Jamie McGrath summons the energy for another surge forward and lets fly with a shot from 22 yards.
It moves a bit in the air but Joe Lewis should really have it covered. However, the Aberdeen skipper can only palm the ball up into the air and into the net it goes. A howler!
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
A cynical hack earns Jake Doyle-Hayes a booking.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
Joe Lewis has to look sharp at the other post this time as Junior Morias rakes in a low shot from the left edge of the penalty area.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
St Mirren full-back Marcus Fraser cuts inside from the bye-line, goes past a couple of challenges, then fires a shot towards the near post. There's not much power on the strike and Joe Lewis gets down to snaffle it up without any fuss.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
Aberdeen are looking the fitter side as the clock ticks down and the hosts make another change, replacing Dylan Connolly with Junior Morias.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
The Dons want a penalty as play pinballs around in a busy penalty box. There are bodies everywhere as a couple of shots are blocked. Hard to see what was going on.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
Cammy MacPherson, already on a booking, lifts the ball away from an opponent with a blatant handball and then stamps in late on Ryan Hedges after the referee's whistle.
That's more than a bit daft. The St Mirren midfielder needs to cool his jets.
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
Fifteen minutes to go. Are we heading for extra time? Will I ever get my dinner?
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
The chances have dried up as St Mirren make a double change.
Jon Obika and goalscorer Ilkay Durmus make way for Lee Erwin and Kyle McAllister.
Can those two add a bit more spark up front for the hosts?
St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen
That's a bit naughty from Cammy MacPherson as he slides in late on Jonny Hayes. The Aberdeen midfielder sees him coming and his jump out of the way spares him what could have been a very nasty clatter.
