Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes says there is a degree of "risk" in selecting Jonny Hayes and Niall McGinn, with neither having had much training.
And he told Sportsound: "It's cup football, we're really short of numbers with a lot of players out. The team picked is a strong team.
"We know it was a tough draw when the draw was made. It's still a tough draw.
"It's important that they see it exactly the same, a tougher draw for them and hopefully the performance from us illustrates that."

St Mirren are missing the suspended Joe Shaughnessy and Ethan Erhahon while Brandon Mason is injured.
And St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin told Sportsound: "We're missing three big players.
"The performance here in our last league game against Dundee United was a really strong performance. Last week's win at Livingston was a real gritty performance.
"It'll have to be of a similar mould tonight. Aberdeen are a really good team. We're up against it tonight, no doubt about it."
