  1. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

How do Arsenal get back into this? Tottenham get the second half up and running.

  2. Spurs in complete controlpublished at 17:30 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Arsenal had so much more possession (62%) but did absolutely nothing with it. Spurs, in contrast, are ruthless and used what possession they had brilliantly.

Son and Kane are a world-class double act. Arteta looked desolate at the end of that half. Big hill to climb now.

  3. Son level with Arsenalpublished at 17:27 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

Son Heung-min's goal means he has as many goals this season in the Premier League as Arsenal (10).

  4. Kane king of the North (London Derby)published at 17:25 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

Harry Kane is now the outright top goalscorer in all-time North London derbies in all competitions with 11 goals.

His strike against Arsenal was the 250th goal of his professional career for club and country (202 for Spurs, 32 England, nine Millwall, five Leyton Orient, two Leicester), and his 100th at home for Tottenham in all competitions.

  5. Postpublished at 17:24 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

Just seeing a replay and it appears Thomas Partey pulled up with an injury just before Tottenham countered and was on the edge of the pitch, accounting for that big gaping hole in the Arsenal midfield as the hosts broke.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:21 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

There was also a change between the goal and half time for Arsenal as Thomas Partey, recently back from injury, was replaced by Dani Ceballos.

It's because Arsenal break and think they are going to score. Serge Aurier does brilliantly, plays a great ball and that cuts out three midfielders. That partnership with Son Heung-min and Harry Kane is just brilliant. It's a superb goal for Tottenham and Arsenal will be devastated right on the verge of half time.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 17:17 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Tottenham 2-0 Arsenal

Tottenham deadly on the counter, Arsenal in real trouble.

  9. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 2-0 Arsenalpublished at 45 mins

    Harry Kane

    Done by the counter again!

An Arsenal attack is cut out in the Tottenham area and the ball is knocked long to Giovani Lo Celso, who powers towards the box, slips the ball to Son Heung-min who in turn finds Harry Kane and the England striker thumps a shot in off the underside of the bar.

I wouldn't be leaving Son Heung-min one-on-one with Kieran Tierney. Yes, he's quick, but with the form Son is in, he will fancy his chances against anyone.

  11. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Alexandre Lacazette takes the free kick but can't beat the wall and it goes behind for another Arsenal corner. This one is played short before Harry Kane comes flying out of nowhere to power Héctor Bellerín's delivery behind for another corner. Right decision by Kane as this time the delivery from the set piece comes to nothing.

  12. Postpublished at 43 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Jose Mourinho will want to watch Giovani Lo Celso as he commits a foul moments after his booking, catching Alexandre Lacazette on the knee just outside the Tottenham area. Just a talking to this time for Lo Celso from the referee but he will need to be careful.

  13. Postpublished at 41 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Giovani Lo Celso runs into Willian to stop the Arsenal forward's run and Tottenham midfielder becomes the first player booked in this game.

High pressing cost Arsenal for the opener but they haven't become conservative as a result and are pressing again now, winning their first corner of the game as Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg nods behind before Willian's delivery is dealt with.

That is what Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg does - the horrible stuff in midfield. The fans are appreciating it too and I like that. It's brilliant.

I've missed the fans where everybody is a manager, a referee and a player!

  16. Postpublished at 36 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Giovani Lo Celso pinches the ball off Thomas Partey and drives forward but Rob Holding slides in at the right time to block his shot.

  17. Postpublished at 34 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Frustration for Arsenal as Eric Dier hits a clearance against Alexandre Lacazette and the ball deflects behind for a Tottenham goal kick.

Hugo Lloris hasb't had a save to make yet.

You can see when it gets to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang that usually he would shift it to his right or left and have a shot. That's a player who is short on confidence.

  19. Frustration for Artetapublished at 17:02 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2020

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta turns on his heels in irritation as his side are slow in possession, allowing Spurs to regroup.

The Gunners made a reasonable start but since Son's stunning goal Spurs have looked so confident.

  20. Postpublished at 31 mins

    Tottenham 1-0 Arsenal

Bukayo Saka gets away from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on the right, passes to Kieran Tierney before getting into the area but Tierney's low cross is cut out.
