Marcelo Bielsa is running out of options and has injuries at centre half, there are not many changes you see from the starting XI today. I could have got pretty close to that.
It is strange, does not happen too often and David Moyes might be thinking 'he is trying to get in my head here'. Has Moyes picked his team on that info? I doubt that very much, he will have been focusing on himself.
It is not that crazy, he just does not have that many players to choose from.

FI_BinBagJez: "Is there a risk of Leeds' attacking play getting overblown? Don't get me wrong, they clearly commit players forward. But they are only the 12th highest scorers in the league. Sandwiched between two teams not known for their goals (Palace and Brighton)

West Ham United
This is the first meeting between Leeds and West Ham on the Premier League stage since February 2003, Seth Johnson scoring the only goal of the game at Elland Road for the hosts.
West Ham, three wins in their past four games, will finish the day fifth in the table if they come away with three points.
Leeds, who start 14th, will climb at least four places if they secure a second home win since winning promotion.

So what are your predictions? Are Leeds going to win at home? Will West Ham move above both United and City ahead of the Manchester derby on Saturday?

West Ham manager David Moyes and his players have made personal donations to the Irons Supporting Foodbanks fund to help provide Christmas selection boxes for underprivileged children in the Newham area.
Last month, the club celebrated the second anniversary of its ‘Players’ Project’, which was the brainchild of vice-chair Karren Brady and has already delivered £10m for the local community, part of an investment that will reach £28m by the end of 2021.
However, after joint-chairman David Sullivan made sizeable donations to Newham Foodbank and FareShare UK, the organisation that has worked closely with Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford to try and tackle the issue of child poverty in the UK, Moyes and his players have followed suit. Support will be given to the Newham Christmas Toy Appeal, the Newham Foodbank and the Barking and Dagenham Council’s Christmas Cheer Campaign.
In addition, the Hammers have donated over 1,000 toys to local campaigns.
"I wanted to support the East End community as it is close to my heart and, as a club, we knew we had a responsibility to help at what is a really difficult time for a lot of people," said Hammers owner David Sullivan.

Tonight is the first time West Ham are starting a league match with a back four since their opening game of the season at home to Newcastle - which they lost 2-0.

If a team is leaked beforehand, there are serious problems.
The main source of the leak is usually the dressing room and the players are the ones managers are worried about.
We see this with England, if you listen to Gareth Southgate he has thrown in the odd line 'I am not telling you the team, it will get out anyway'.
Roy Hodgson used to be very prickly about the team getting out as well.

I still can't get used to players warming up in near silence in empty grounds that are built to hold tens of thousands.
There are no fans at this one as Leeds and the surrounding area is under the toughest tier 3 restrictions.
Will that change in a government review next week?
Leeds' last Premier League game at Elland Road in front of fans was a 3-3 draw with Charlton on 8 May 2004 witnessed by 38,986.

Patrick Bamford has had more shots (43) than any other player in this season's Premier League, accounting for 27% of Leeds' total as a team (161).
Only Liverpool (174) have had more shots among teams in the 2020-21 competition than Leeds.

I used to hate it when managers gave the team out at the last minute.
I always wanted to know the night before if I was playing or not. I can rest easy, prepare the game in my mind but doing it the last minute, Harry Redknapp just did not trust anyone.
Players would ring their agent, he would ring somebody else and by the time you know it the opposition would know the team anyway.
You wanted to relax as a player.

Who is best suited for a spot at the base of Gareth Southgate’s England midfield at next summer's European Championship?
Thumbs up for Kalvin Phillips.
And it's down for Declan Rice.

It's no great surprise Robert Snodgrass is not starting against his former club - the West Ham winger has struggled for minutes on the pitch after the club's good start to the season.
Snodgrass, who is on the bench, has fond memories of his four years at Leeds, where he scored 41 goals in 191 games.
"They gave me a chance when I was a young teenager, 19, and I left there as captain, so the club’s got a place in my heart definitely," he says.
"I’ve been fit, I’ve been ready and I’ve trained every day, I’ve just found it difficult to get that run of games under my belt so far."

Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa, speaking to Sky Sports: "I was made aware that it (naming team early) was transcendent and did it spontaneously with no objective in mind, it just came out. From my point of view it is not something important.
"Rodrigo came out of the team when he was a starter and comes back into the team after a small pause but he is a valuable player for us.
"We have to look to be better than them but patiently, try not to suffer any counter-attacks and try and look for the goal patiently not with urgency."

A Leeds United fan living in the US has decorated his house with a Christmas light show in the team's colours, set to its "Marching On Together" anthem.
Richard Pinder used 3,500 lights at his home in the city of Orting, Washington State, to make the flashing blue and yellow display.
A video of the lights has been watched more than 20,000 times on Twitter after it was shared by his wife, Chelsey.
Mr Pinder, an electrician, was born and brought up in Leeds.
But will his favourite team sparkle against the Hammers?
It's [nearly] Christmas and here's my favourite story of the week...

Lawro's not convinced about Illan Meslier but the 20-year-old French keeper has kept four clean sheets in the Premier League.
He's also made 40 saves in his 11 matches.
His opposite number is Poland stopper Lukasz Fabianski, 35, who is making his 256th appearance in a Premier League career spanning Arsenal and Swansea.
The Hammers keeper also has two assists in the top flight.

West Ham were unlucky to be beaten by Manchester United last weekend because they could have put that game to bed before the visitors' comeback.
That was the end of a good little run of three successive wins for the Hammers, and I'm not sure they will bounce back here.
Leeds have got a little bit of a soft centre defensively, and I am not convinced by their goalkeeper, Illan Meslier, but going forward they are just relentless.
