    Brighton 1-2 Wolves

That strike from Pedro Neto was really swerving, just saw a replay from behind the goal. Neto now takes a whack to the head so there's going to be a stoppage.

    Brighton 1-2 Wolves

Since their promotion to the Premier League in 2017, Brighton have conceded more own goals than any other side in the top-flight.

That could be a costly one.

    Dan Burn (OG 34 mins)

    Horrible.

Dan Burn compounds his error with a bigger, clumsier one and Wolves lead!

Brighton clear the first corner but Ruben Neves cuts it back out to Pedro Neto with a wonderful pass. Neto cuts inside, shoots powerfully with his left foot and it takes a nick. Robert Sanchez dives to his right and beats it out, but can only push it into the path of Burn, who bundles it over the line as he can't sort his feet out.

Saiss. From man of the match to liability to man of the match again. Oh to be a wolves fan.

Wolves work the free-kick to Ruben Neves, fooling the massed Brighton defence. He curls one on goal but it's always too high.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 28 mins

    Brighton 1-1 Wolves

Yves Bissouma gets a booking for a trip and then fouls Nelson Semedo, on thin ice perhaps. Free-kick for Wolves in a decent spot.

  10. Postpublished at 24 mins

    Brighton 1-1 Wolves

What an effort! Adam Webster carries the ball out of defence once more for Brighton before clipping a cross to the edge of the area. Goalscorer Aaron Connolly launches into an overhead kick and connects well - straight at Rui Patricio though.

    Brighton 1-1 Wolves

It's a decent enough game at the moment, pretty open, as Solly March takes a lovely touch to hit a deflected shot across goal.

  12. goal

    Romain Saiss (19 mins)

Wolves try something different from a corner, pinging it deep beyond the far post for Nelson Semedo to run on to. His volley is a complete mishit, it goes about two yards, but he recovers to get to the ball and pitch a cross back into the middle.

Lewis Dunk should cut it out but doesn't, and Romain Saiss is free to guide a nice looping header back across and in. Deserved!

    Brighton 1-0 Wolves

Why not? Ruben Neves with his party piece, chipping it up and hitting it on the volley from 25-ish yards. He's screamed them into the top corner before now but this one deflects away for yet another corner.

  14. Postpublished at 17 mins

    Brighton 1-0 Wolves

Wolves bossing possession once more, Brighton content to stay compact and see what the visitors can do.

  15. Postpublished at 14 mins

    Brighton 1-0 Wolves

That goal was rather against the run of play and Wolves were sleeping at the back. A back four today, not their more usual three (I know they have been chopping and changing a lot between the two recently.)

    Aaron Connolly (13 mins)

Just what the game needed! It all starts from centre-half Adam Webster who glides up the pitch and carries Brighton up to the edge of the Wolves box.

Leandro Trossard twists and turns on the right wing and finds a left-footed cross, Rui Patricio comes to punch it and Aaron Connolly snakes out a boot to divert it past him and in.

And that is a half chance! Brighton clear the corner but Wolves get it back in again, and from the second cross Romain Saiss is very close to meeting it. It squirts away for another corner.

All Wolves at the moment as they force a corner off totemic Dan Burn.

  19. CLOSE!published at 4 mins

    Brighton 0-0 Wolves

So direct, so good from Pedro Neto! He gets the ball inside his own half and one touch takes him past Ben White and Adam Webster. He sprints to the edge of the area and toe-pokes a shot into the side netting.

    Brighton 0-0 Wolves

Nice, Joao Moutinho with the first shot, a big curler from 25 yards but it's straight at Robert Sanchez.

No Mat Ryan in the Brighton squad again, the Australian will be a shrewd signing for someone.
