Dunfermline 0-1 St Johnstone
That's half-time in extra-time at East End Park. St Johnstone well on top and on course for the last four.
Dunfermline 0-1 St Johnstone
St Johnstone have the bit between their teeth now. Stevie May hammers another shot at goal which Owain Fon Williams does well to block but can't hold.
Then a cross into the box is just too far away from Shaun Rooney. After that, Callum Hendry has a driving shot that just goes wide. Stevie May goes close again, this time missing from four yards.
Dunfermline need a goal but they can't get out of their own half at the moment.
Dunfermline 0-1 St Johnstone
St Johnstone are trying to get the second goal to kill it off, and win a corner. Goalkeeper Owain Fon Williams comes for it and misses it, but no-one in a Saints shirt can take advantage.
Then Stevie May hits a powerful shot but it appears to take a slight deflection to force it wide.
It's all over at the Indodrill and Hibernian eventually book their place in the semi-finals of the League Cup.
Championship part-timers Alloa were brilliant and took the lead through a Paul Hanlon own goal. But two Christian Doidge goals after the break spared Hibs' blushes.
Alloa 1-2 Hibernian
Dearie me, Alloa so nearly grab an equaliser!
Ofir Marciano smashes the ball straight into substitute Cameron O'Donnell, but fortunately for the Hibs goalkeeper it flashes just past the post.
Almost a terrible mistake.
Alloa 1-2 Hibernian
Stevie Mallan has made a big impact for Hibs off the bench. Two assists for Christian Doidge. So much quality on the ball.
Shaun Rooney
St Johnstone finally break the deadlock. Shaun Rooney takes a brilliant touch and finish; chesting the ball down and hammering it into the bottom corner.
Dunfermline 0-0 St Johnstone
Nothing happening in Fife after the first few minutes of extra-time. Cagey stuff.
Christian Doidge
Heartbreak for Alloa. I did tell you that surely the next Doidge chance would go in!
Another terrific cross from Stevie Mallan finds his head, the Welshman guides it back across goal and the ball hits off Nicky Jamieson and trundles into the net.
Hard to tell if it was going in or not at first viewing.
It's a goalless 90 minutes, and we're going to extra-time and possibly penalties at East End Park.
Not a classic...
Dunfermline 0-0 St Johnstone
With the game in stoppage time, St Johnstone's Callum Hendry whistles a shot just past the post. Unless something dramatic happens we're looking at extra-time here.
Alloa 1-1 Hibernian
Christian Doidge again gets in between the Alloa centre-backs, but guides his header past the post.
Fair play to the Welshman, he keeps getting in positions to score. Surely the next one will go in!

Quote MessageEver since the Murray Davidson header in the first half, St Johnstone haven't created one opportunity where you could say: 'That's a really good chance'.
Alloa 1-1 Hibernian
Martin Boyle is absolutely stunned that none of his team-mates have managed to get on the end of his cross, which effectively flashed right along the goal-line.
He did brilliantly to drive to the by-line, and someone in a green shirt ought to have tapped in.
A minute later, and Christian Doidge INCREDIBLY scoops over the bar from about six yards out. Dearie me.
Alloa 1-1 Hibernian
Martin Boyle escapes the clutches of his marker on the right and fires a great cross in towards Christian Doidge who gets up well, only to head off target.
Hibs starting to threaten a lot more.
Dunfermline 0-0 St Johnstone
There's little goalmouth action in this game now, and extra-time appears to be looming.
Alloa 1-1 Hibernian
Another superb ball from Stevie Mallan this time finds Kyle Magennis on the left, he surges into the box, cuts inside and thumps a shot which forces Neil Parry into a good save.
Christian Doidge
I've only gone and cursed them...
A superb corner from Stevie Mallan causes havoc in Alloa's box, Paul Hanlon inexplicably misses from close-range again, but Doidge turns the ball home at the second attempt.
And relax, Hibs fans.
