United have a corner which Luke Shaw takes. It comes to Edinson Cavani, who shuffles past a defender onto his left foot but then shoots side of the far post. It didn't get the curl he needed.

Ruben Neves is not far off scoring a spectacular goal as he receives the ball following the free-kick, takes one touch to bring it under control before smacking a superb effort from distance just wide.

Mason Holgate slides in very late on Ruben Neves and the Everton defender becomes the second player to be booked.

The Toffees have had more yellow cards that shots in this half, they are definitely looking like a side playing without a recognised striker now.

Burnley have yet to have a shot on target tonight. They have registered the fewest in home Premier League games this season (20).

Twenty shots on target at home in almost half a season is pretty miserable.

Manchester United have scored 16 goals in the final 30 minutes of Premier League games. Only Chelsea have netted more (17).

Burnley bring on Dwight McNeil for Robbie Brady. A former United trainee for another.

Johann Gudmundsson sees Chris Wood with some room to run in front of him and tries to feed him. Sadly for Burnley, Wood v Eric Bailly is a very uneven race and the United defender nips in and takes the ball.

Bruno Fernandes is clipped by Ashley Westwood and the Burnley midfielder gets a yellow card.

Both sides make their first changes of the game as Morgan Gibbs-White is replaced by Ki-Jana Hoever for Wolves, while Tom Davies makes way for Andre Gomes for Everton.

Bruno Fernandes is just starting to find those pockets of space - getting in those positions where he's so threatening that Burnley find so difficult to thwart when he's in there.

Edinson Cavani is getting in good space as well.

James Rodriguez clearly hates passing back, sometimes to his detriment as he foregoes an easy pass back to the defence in favour of an ambitious forward ball, which is cut out by Ruben Neves.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka picks out Bruno Fernandes, who drifts inside and has a powerful low shot saved by Nick Pope.

James Rodriguez sprays the ball effortlessly out wide to Alex Iwobi, who holds the ball up, waits for Ben Godfrey on the overlap and then plays in the full back but Wolves are back to defend well and the ball goes behind for a goal kick.

Famous last words and all that but this has not been Edinson Cavani's night.

He has been caught on the side of the head, brought down when clean through for zero reward, had a row with the Burnley defenders, been told to calm down by the referee, had a good shot blocked and completely missed his kick when he should have scored.

Marcus Rashford down the right for United. He tries to find Edinson Cavani with a low cross which Nick Pope is able to scoop up.

Edinson Cavani should score. Paul Pogba starts off a United move which results in Cavani scuffing a shot from Bruno Fernandes' cross straight at Nick Pope from about six yards.
