  1. 'Brighton have been solid'published at 16:49 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Leeds 0-1 Brighton

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Tottenham and England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

If it stays this way I don't think Leeds can argue about this result - we've seen them perform a lot better than this. Brighton got the goal, could've had another and have just been solid in this second half.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

Brighton have taken all three of their forward players off and are playing virtually inside their own penalty area.

It looks like it is going to work, but I'm not sure Graham Potter should have done it that early as it invited Leeds on.

This will be an outstanding result for Brighton, though.

  6. Postpublished at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Leeds 0-1 Brighton

There's a moshpit in the Brighton box after it's delivered in from the left. They just can't get it away and there's legs flying everywhere before Joel Veltman eventually wins a free-kick for getting booted in the shin. Shambles.

  7. Postpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

Excellent work by Declan Rice as he keeps a break alive and sprays the ball out to Andriy Yarmolenko. The substitute leads a three on two charge but opts to try and go for goal himself and Ben Mee slides in to deal with the danger.

  8. Postpublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Leeds 0-1 Brighton

Jack Harrison tries to get the better of Joel Veltman in the box but the defender does well to hold him off using his body.

No appeals for a penalty from Leeds and rightly so.

Lovenish Goel: Watching West Ham play like this gives me a feeling that ex ManUtd manager can possibly come back to haunt the title race. Moyes has done it in the past with Everton

I'm one of very few United fans that wish Moyes had been given a decent crack of the whip at United. He's working miracles at West Ham.

  10. CLOSE!published at 16:43 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

A cross deflects off Jay Rodriguez and agonsingly just wide of the West Ham goal.

Still no shots on target in this half for Burnley. They've come close, but not close enough.

  11. Postpublished at 16:42 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Leeds 0-1 Brighton

Mateusz Klich manages to bundle past one, the two defenders before he's caught late and wins a free-kick in the middle.

But Ian Poveda-Ocampo and Patrick Bamford are on different wavelengths in the right corner and it rolls out for a goal kick.

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

David Moyes is getting a bit twitchy and he sends on Andriy Yarmolenko to try and spark up an attack that has stuttered in the last 10 minutes or so. He's on for Jarrod Bowen.

    Leeds 0-1 Brighton

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Tottenham and England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Brighton are causing their own problems - they're all behind the ball, they're not using the ball well they're giving it straight back to Leeds.

To give Leeds credit they are now pressurising Brighton - it's the first we've seen of it really Leeds have been really disappointing today.

  17. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:37 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    West Ham 1-0 Burnley

    Very, very close for Burnley!

Dwight McNeil, who has been very positive since coming on at half time, beats his man on the flank before whipping a ball in that grazes the crossbar before Robbie Brady bends an effort wide.

Nervous times for West Ham at the moment.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:37 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

Brighton just need to keep it.

Percy Tau tries to release Neal Maupay quickly but loses possession in the middle. The visitors have now dropped even deeper.

Joel Veltman concedes a corner when it comes over to Jack Harrison on the left.
